Finally convinced my parents to try Mykonos last night and it was so worth it. We got the lamb chops and kabobs, and honestly, my dad literally stopped mid-sentence when he took his first bite of the lamb. They were cooked perfectly. We kept stealing from each other’s plates – my mom was guarding hers by the end because we kept “just trying a bite” of her kabobs.
Our server Sanya was incredible. She just got us, you know? When my mom started with her usual “just a rosé,” Sanya asked what flavors she likes and created this perfect cocktail for her. My mom loved it so much she ordered a second one, which never happens. Even my typically quiet dad was chatting with her about the food.
We were already full but had to try the orange cake for dessert. Thank god we did – it was spectacular. We demolished that thing like we hadn’t just eaten a huge dinner, with my mom doing her classic “we shouldn’t” while taking the biggest bite.
The whole experience was just perfect. The food was delicious, Sanya made us feel so taken care of, and my parents were actually relaxed and having fun. Mom’s already planning to go back for her birthday. Definitely recommend Mykonos – get the lamb chops and ask for Sanya!

The presentation of the food was very nice and the meze plates and spreads were delicious. The branzino was also good. However, the host, in the middle of seating us, answered his cell phone and asked us to hold on as he started a call. It was a bit unusual. Besides that, the service was decent and our server was friendly- even bringing out desserts on the house. The orange cake was a bit dense and the orange flavor was overpowering. The lights in the restaurant were very bright for dinner time and the place was quiet. I think if they dimmed the lights and played some music, the atmosphere might improve. Overall, we thought this place was okay- but wouldn’t return. It’s a bit overpriced for what you get, but maybe we’re not the target audience/clientele for this kind of place.

Honey surprised me with pre bday dinner. We were greeted and seated in under a minute. The service was outstanding; the food was delish and fresh, and the drinks were fantastic as well. The atmosphere was quaint and friendly. I’d definitely recommend and return.

Our second visit for dinner. The first was on a busy Saturday night at 8:00 p.m. bustling and full crowd. The food was excellent. Excellent calamari and drinks. Wine selection was good. Second visit was excellent tonight. Branzino and a lobster pasta dish. Service was impeccable. Highly recommend. Enjoyable and a special meal.

Sanya was fantastic! Friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience great. She gave excellent recommendations, and the service was seamless even when it was busy. Definitely one of the best servers/bartenders we’ve had.
The food was amazing, and everything we had was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The atmosphere was good overall, though the music was a little too loud at times. Still, Sanya’s excellent service and the quality of the food made for a really enjoyable visit.

We had a fantastic dinner at Mykonos in the Cabin John Mall. The food was incredible; the lamb shank and pasta were especially delicious and perfectly cooked. My wife’s head-to-tail branzino was excellent, and it is great to see a restaurant serve it this way. While the restaurant’s location is in a strip mall, once you are inside at night, it feels quite intimate. The large, open windows and bar area create a pleasant atmosphere. Our bartender was friendly and attentive, even replacing a drink my wife did not like without her having to ask. It was a very nice touch. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it.

This Greek restaurant in Potomac, MD is a hidden gem. The lobster spaghetti was rich and perfectly balanced, and the dessert—simple, elegant, unforgettable.
The menu is carefully curated, and it shows. This is their second restaurant—the first has been around for over 30 years. They know what they’re doing.
Small space, so definitely make a reservation—but bar seating is just as good (we sat there and loved it).
Carlos the bartender and the whole staff were amazing. We were the only Black/brown folks there, and felt completely welcomed.
Don’t miss this spot—real food, real hospitality, real experience.

This review is predominately based upon the restaurant pricing. Pictured is a take out order for a Horatiki salad with grilled chicken for $34! Yes the salad was good but $34 is excessive. It was not that large, came in the wrong type of container and was dressed (which is never done with take out orders) which led to the dressing dripping through the container and bag as it was put upside down in the bag. The salad was good and fresh and the food is pretty good here so come on Mykonos Grill, do better with your pricing.
Also the website is not set up and there is no
menu to see or order takeout from. What is disturbing is that the menu from their other restaurant is online and the prices are more here. (($28 for that salad vs. $34 here)
No Opa here…. at least not yet.

Glad to have this amazing place in our community.
Food was excellent, especiallay seafood was super fresh. I could feel how much effort they put through their dishes. The owners were super kind and cared about customers.
Everything prepared with careful consideration : table setting, cutleries, service, even the bathroom.
I would definitely come regularly to try other dishes:)

We had an amazing experience at this wonderful Greek restaurant! Our waitress Katy went above and beyond and made sure she provided us with the best quality service! And speaking of the food! You came to the right place! How can you not like an authentic Greek dish! Everything was delightful! We will be back soon! Thank you Katy! And thank you to all the staff and kitchen crew for making our lunch today with love!
P.S: a little updates for this wonderful restaurant staff, yesterday Friday August 8th 2025, after 3PM we went back and the female waitress that was serving us wasn’t so kind. I know that Mykonos owners cares a lot about this business and takes pride in doing so and I appreciate that. I would love to bring to your attention that this kind of employees should have a day off if they’re not feeling like working or if the problem is their demeanor, they should not been hired to begin with. We loved Katy and the other staff and we went back hoping to be served by Katy and the other staff but unfortunately we were disappointed this time.
