Attempted to do a first time online order via the restaurant website on Thursday, 2/12, which was also my birthday. The website states at the top 10% off for first time online orders. I have ordered from this Mykonos location in the past, but it was always a call-in order without issue. However, when I got to the checkout/payment page, the 10% off never applied. I then called the restaurant directly to get guidance. The first couple of young men that answered the phone did not even know about this 10% off deal on the website and kept asking where am I seeing this exactly. One of them even said we don’t have this discount without even verifying first. I then asked for a manager and got a gentleman named Jesus (Hispanic pronunciation). As I was professionally describing the online issue, Jesus proceeds to start talking over me for no reason without any care that it was my birthday. He stated the restaurant cannot honor the 10% off because the online orders are through a third party vendor supposedly called “Ordering360” which I didn’t see on the website. I asked him if there was a direct tech support contact (i.e. phone number, email etc.) and Jesus simply said “Google it.” I then said never mind and I’ll just not order, then hung up based on the runaround responses. The food has always been great here, but this type of customer service is not acceptable by management or their employees. There was no understanding, empathy, and all had a nonchalant attitude towards trying to rectify the issue as if honoring 10% off an online order required great resistance towards a customer celebrating his birthday or it was actually false advertisement that they’d never admit to obviously. Looks like Mykonos has gone downhill over the years with who they hire now in 2026 and I’ll not be returning unfortunately.

I actually liked this location way better than the Graham location. The food was so darn good I was doing the happy dance while eating it! And baby that chocolate fudge cake was everything! I had a chicken spinach wrap & fried zucchini for dinner.

My wife and I were roaming around Burlington looking at houses when we decided it was time to grab a bite to eat. After a quick search online I decided to give Mykonos Grill a try. We arrived around lunchtime and while there were a few customers, they weren’t busy. We quickly perused the menu and I decided on the Chicken Souvlaki with fries and my wife ordered the club sandwich. We were handed a stand with a number on it and we seated ourselves. Our food arrived within a reasonable time and was delicious but wasn’t what I would call exceptional. The staff was helpful but not particularly friendly. Overall our experience was good but not great. I would return if I was in the neighborhood but I wouldn’t go out of my way.

It was a wonderful experience. The greek fries (you can upgrade your side to these too) were absolutely incredible. The fried zucchini was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The lunch chicken souvlaki sandwich was full to the max with all the fixin’s & sauce. We will definitely be back!

UPDATE! I can NOT get enough of this place!! I went to the Mediterranean deli in Elon, was not a fan of their grape leaves at all, their gyros is OK, but over here? These grape leaves are on point, all their food so far has been on point. I’ve added two more pictures of today’s Order

We wanted something different so we came here for some Greek food. I got the spaghetti with garlic bread and it wasn’t what I expected. Nothing like American style Spaghetti. I ate almost all of it, it was okay, not much meat and the sauce was different than what I’m use to and had feta cheese on top. Our waiter was very attentive.

Always good when I visit the area and always stop here for lunch. The food is amazing. Especially the Buffalo chips. Highly recommend for all your Greeks needs. I will recommend that you bring a smaller vehicle because the parking can be terrible especially during lunch traffic. The restaurant is in a very small shopping center. I would also pay attention to where you park. I have had vehicle damage in the parking lot.

Food is great, no complaints at all. Love the steak n cheese, the grilled chicken and the Greek salad with chicken. The only thing you might come across is a few that isn’t friendly or welcoming but it doesn’t outweigh the good. Keep it up!
