My wife is Dominican and a great cook so I measure all Dominican food by her standard (which is high). This place is one of the better Dominican restaurants I’ve been to! Everything we ordered was great with the exception of the tostones. They were a bit too thick for my liking and they were not salted. Yes I can add some salt but it just does not stick the same than when its added right after they are pulled from the fryer. The service was great and the place feels cozy and Caribbean. The juices that we ordered were mango and a lime juice and the lime juice was amazing. The mango was sort of bland. Overall a great place to enjoy Dominican food.

The food is amazing! The best honestly! Never had anything like it. I was impressed! Very authentic Dominican food! Feels like being back in the Dominican Republic! Very cute location. Appealing to the eye. Customer service is amazing as well! Everything was up to part. Will definitely be back.

The food is excellent. The staff is very attentive and friendly. It has everything you are looking for to have a good time with family or friends accompanied by very good food and drinks. I’m not giving it 5 stars because the space is somewhat small and sometimes you have to sit outside because it’s full inside.

I’m an Americanized Dominican. Who used to love my Dominican moms cooking. But never really knew what I was eating. I went to this place and didn’t really know what to order but I knew no matter what I ordered it was going to have lots of zesty flavor to it and it did. I ordered what looked like meatballs and brown rice with a side of black beans and mixed it all together and it was so delicious it brought me back home to mom. I loved the atmosphere of this place with the Dominican music playing in the background I felt like I was in Santo Domingo. Loved it!!!

This food is not just good it’s good for you. When asked what kind of sauce I wanted on my entree, there were several good choice. I chose to have the stewed beef liver sauce poured on my roast pork and rice. My mother, a native of San Lorenzo, PR, taught me when I was very young to eat liver for its many benefits. My wife chose ox tail sauce for her entree. The portions were huge and prices were so generous that each of our take out orders made three meals for both my wife and me. Once again, the food is not just good it’s GOOD for you!

Immediately when we got there we ordered our food from the front (already made food) because we were too hungry to order from menu and wait.

This was only our second time here (we live 4 hours away. If not, I would be a regular) we were very happy not only with the service but the food. You can taste the authentic flavors of the caldero. And, the natural juices OMG! Growing up in a Dominican household means you will learn how to cook at a very young age. I have been cooking since the of 10. Means I know the taste of good food. This right here is it. Had the place itself been a bit bigger and accommodating for larger crowd I would have given the place 5

Came in to celebrate a late Father’s Day and was left very disappointed. Server’s never came to check on us after the food was served. The tostones tasted like they were either frozen or cooked again after sitting out for awhile. Just an overall disappointing experience.
