Not authentic flavours, not sufficient sauce and small portions. The cashew nut chicken was almost entirely made up of of oranges. Pad kra pao w egg was good. Garlic shrimp was mid (see picture below). Drunken noodles weren’t authentic.

We came to My Thai restaurant for lunch and it was nice and quiet, plus the aesthetic of the place was nice. We placed an order of Pad Thai ($18) and Massaman Curry ($18), and our dishes each came with a complimentary spring roll. The portions were good and very filling.

The Pad Thai was really flavourful, the noodles were bouncy, and there were varieties of different proteins inside: peanuts, tofu, chicken, shrimp, and egg. It was however a bit oily.

The curry was enjoyable with a sweet creamy coconut milk, sweet potatoes and a choice of protein either beef or chicken.

The only downside was that there were flies buzzing around at our time of visit and they kept trying to land on our food, which is perhaps just a circumstance of it being Summer.

I do recommend this Thai restaurant, and while you’re there enjoy the Grand River and the historical buildings around!

My first visit here was a really positive experience!I understand that new faces can sometimes shift the vibe, and energy doesn’t always connect right away — but I always show up with respect and the best intentions. It’s about growing together and building uplifting connections. Can’t wait to come back and create more good memories!I genuinely enjoyed my first time here! I get that every space has its own feeling and that sometimes new energy takes a moment to blend in, but I always lead with respect and positivity. I’m grateful for the warm welcome and the good vibe — looking forward to continuing to build real connections. It’s refreshing to find a mechanic who’s dependable, honest, and grounded. You can tell they take true pride in their work and care about their customers. That kind of integrity brings peace of mind every time.I’d recommend them to anyone who values sincerity, trust, and top-quality service

Incredibly flavourful food! Some great vegetarian options as well beyond the basic tofu/mushroom. ✨️ Their drinks are also tasty and beautiful, and really good sizes as well for the price. The venue isn’t that big, but the decor is pretty and different from what you normally find downtown. Very close to to gaslight and the river, which is a bonus!

A bit expensive, $20 for a take out Pad Tai. But because I never tried this restaurant, I paid the $20 to test it out. Not likely to go back because of lack of vegetarian menu.

Party of 4 , first time for 2 of us and 2 had not visited for many years. reservations required This relatively small restaurant is just across the street from the grand theatre. If You wish to attend on theater production nights they are at capacity till just before the theater production begins. At 7 pm they are almost empty. As for our food, all 4 of us had something different. My Thai green curry was flavourful and steamy hot. The sample platter with all their appetizers was well done. Drunken noodles was well portioned hot and very flavorful. The last dish I don’t recall. We were pleased with the service (trainee who did very well) and with the fresh quality ingredients done perfectly.

We picked this restaurant in Cambridge based on reputation and location. The old Galt downtown has architectural character and great public spaces. We The cashew chicken dinner we had was delicious and more than adequate amount. The dining room is not expansive but then it seemed like all the guests were well looked after by what I assumed to be the couple who manage or own the restaurant. We would go again to repeat a positive experience.
The pictures are from a walk through the neighborhood.

I came here for lunch with colleagues and unsure if I could order anything because of a celiac allergy. The server was amazing and knew all about allergens and what had wheat (soy sauce) in the sauces and also substituted a fresh spring roll instead of fried due to a non dedicated fryer. She also asked everyone at the table about any food allergies. Service was amazing, food was delicious. Definitely would recommend!
