After a long, exhausting day driving around Lake Tahoe with family, we (four adults and two kids) decided to keep the evening simple by ordering pizza from Domino’s. I placed the order at 8:47 PM while still on the cruise, hoping to pick it up quickly and enjoy dinner at home. The order was ready by 9:15 PM, and I didn’t open the boxes until we got back.
To our shock, all three pizzas were completely inedible:
• The Thin Crust Veggie Pizza had raw, uncooked vegetables simply thrown on top.
• The Thin Crust Buffalo Chicken Pizza was completely burned.
• The Thin Crust Spinach & Feta Pizza was missing half its toppings.
I called the store immediately at 9:30 PM, and the person on the phone offered to remake the pizzas for pickup at 10:00 PM. Though we were tired and just wanted to relax, I agreed because the kids were hungry.
However, when I arrived at the store at 10:00 PM, the pizzas weren’t ready. Instead, I was questioned by the manager, who initially refused to remake the pizzas unless I provided proof. After some back and forth, she reluctantly agreed to remake two of the pizzas—like it was a favor—then even brought out an uncooked pizza to question me further. At that point, I had enough and told them not to bother with the replacements.
This entire experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Instead of ending the day on a good note, I felt insulted and disrespected—not to mention, our dinner plans were ruined. It’s unfortunate that a customer has to argue and prove their case just to receive the quality of food they paid for.

I had a great experience here with staff and food! Heads up this is a tiny stop with no seating. I don’t understand the low rating at this place?? I’ve been to many different Domino’s locations and the pizza I got (vegetarian) seemed standard quality for them. Staff told me it’d get made in 5-10 minutes (I was in a rush) and it did, though closer to 10 minutes. All of the staff were super friendly- they answered all my questions, we made some small talk, and they even included extra paper plates without my asking for them because they saw I had a friend with me. Cute little bear mascot by the cash register too.

Ordered delivery on my birthda, 12/23. One pizza box was crushed, toppings and cheese stuck to top. I immediately called the store and was told I’d receive a refund. Spoke to the manager, Gilbert on 1/3 who told me they don’t give refunds without a picture for proof. I explained to him I didn’t have a picture and the young lady I spoke to never mentioned that and offered the refund…. Gilbert then proceeds to tell me he will forward my issue and information to his boss… we are now a week later from that call, and 2ish weeks from my initial issue and still no refund or communication…
Will never order from here again and do not recommend anyone else do either.

We ordered two pizzas and breadsticks at 10:59. On google maps it’s says they’re open until 12am. We waited 30 minutes before walking in and being told that they never received our order. Once we showed the confirmation email they said they cancelled it and that the charge was pending.
Terrible service, bad attitude by female employee who was scrolling on her phone, and the door was still unlocked and looked open. They cancel orders here so make sure you order in person. Would not recommend.

Last week I ordered on the app and waited the longer of the wait times provided. The tracker was not updating showing the order was ready and when I went in the two employees were not even working on my order which was clearly up on the screen in front of them. It was not busy and they were just wandering around. They told me it would be 15-20 minutes so after 20 minutes I went back in and it was still not ready. Ended up waiting in my car for over thirty minutes to get my order. Now tonight I ordered again thinking last week’s experience was an anomaly. It has been 35 minutes since I placed the order and it says it will be ready soon but only shows that Graham started prepping the order. Tried calling several times to avoid waiting in the car and the call cannot go through at this time. If you want pizza ready in a reasonable time I would not go to this Dominos. Update: Finally got our order and I would definitely not recommend getting pasta. There are only about 20 pieces of penne. Ordered extra cheese on both pizzas and there was hardly any cheese let alone any toppings. My kids were so hungry that they still devoured the pizza before I could take a pic of the entire pizza. Lowering my original 3 stars for the food to one. Just don’t bother with this location.

I ordered a medium 2 topping pizza. I am very disappointed in what they gave us. In these pictures, I will show you what we got versus what the ACTUAL DOMINO WEBSITE says when using extra pepperoni, which are the toppings I got. I got about 1-3 pieces of pepperoni per slice, and as you can see, the normal amount is supposed to be 5-6. I waisted my money on this, never coming back again.

Beware: I ordered pizza from here and my driver never delivered my pizza even though I tipped on 10/12/25 at 12:25am. I called the store multiple times and even went in person and the manager has not responded to refund my money for a $27 pizza order. I have contacted corporate to complain. Horrible to way to treat people who are visiting a place as a tourist. Do not order. This is theft.

Don’t bother wasting your money on pizza from this location. There is 100% chance it will be wrong. I’ve had several pizzas delivered without sauce, missing items, and/or wrong items. I contacted corporate after the last debacle. My “concern was forwarded to the franchise’s owner”. I have yet to hear back. Don’t order from this place. Dominos needs to do better with enforcement of company standards.

Two words: cross contamination. A group of friends and I spent about $100 at this dominoes so if you want a well rounded review of most of their menu, I got you. First I would like to give the workers their props, they were nice to us and immediately got to work on our extensive order. But for the food I cannot say the same. If you’re use to actual GOOD dominoes pizza just go ahead and lower expectations. We found a piece of bacon in vegetarian pasta, Italian sausage in a pepperoni pizza, no sauce came with our cinnamon knots even tho we paid for it, Half burnt garlic knots, incredibly dry pasta I had to add my own sauce at home, and the Lava cake was a little over cooked.
