I am a true believer! This is my favorite type of restaurant. Fantastic food good service and unique. Not pretentious. Owner Vic takes great pride in his food and flies in his spices fresh from India. Love how you can adjust the spice level per dish. Will be back my wife and I were so impressed. The balance of flavors was on point.

I absolutely love this place. If you love Indian food you have to try it. Vic, the owner, makes the best curry and samosas I have ever had. The burgers are great too, and you can even get a blackened burger. The fries are the battered, crispy fries and they are so good. The place is always clean and Vic is usually working. He is so friendly and makes you feel like family. There is a bar and TVs to watch sports, a pool table and darts area and a separate area for the gambling machines. I honestly don’t know why this place isn’t always packed because everything is delicious. Definitely a hidden gem in McHenry.

Dined with my son and grandson and was a first time for all of us. Very nice meal of samosas, pakora, butter chicken, mango lassi and gulab jaman for dessert. Victor the owner chatted with us for awhile. Service, food and atmosphere was great! We love Indian food.

The food and service were SO good. Victor served us and explained what all the different dishes were. We were able to pick our choice of sauce, protein, and heat level. And the Masala tea was awesome! We’ll definitely be back!

Forgotten on the phone AGAIN, while you could hear the person who picked up the phone talk and laugh with patrons and completely forget she picked up a call. I waited a long time before hanging up, so they probably lost multiple orders. This isn’t the 1st time this happened. Great food, but I’m done with the place

My husband and I went and loved it. The food was amazing. The owner was very nice and accommodating. He checked on use twice himself. The only thing I will say is the slots being so loud next to the restaurant seating and then the pool table and darts by the other restaurant seating was a bit off putting. They don’t have an alcoholic drink menu, other than beers, and I don’t drink beer so that kind of sucked. If they did I was going to get one. Over all though I would absolutely be back. Like I said, the food was great. You pick your spice so I you really can’t go wrong.

Great friendly atmosphere, staff was absolutely on point. Overall, it was a great experience. The only complaint was that I ordered the sizzler platter, which is one of the most expensive entrees. Tasted great. However, I was very disappointed in the quantity of the meat that came with it. I felt the better bargain would have been a burger. On a side note, I’ve never seen a place that called themselves a “bar and grill” that pretty much only serves Indian food. Bottom line, good food,great service, 4 stars due to lack of hearty meat portions. The appetizers and wrap thingy are fantastic.
