Bánh Mì Boy genuinely deserves its 2025 MICHELIN Guide Bib Gourmand designation! The Bánh Mì Boy Special I ordered was superb. It featured a rich blend of cold cuts, house paté, jalapeño, cucumber, cilantro, and pickled carrot/daikon. The baguette was the star: a light, airy French bread with a delicate, crisp crust and a pillowy interior. A must-try! I’ll be back for more.

Food: the banh mi (Vietnamese baguette) was crispy-exterior, airy-interior, rich pâté, savory meats like marinated grilled pork or cold cuts, and tangy pickled daikon and carrots. It is balanced with fresh cilantro, cucumber slices, jalapeño, and creamy mayonnaise, offering a perfect contrast of hot, cold, savory, and fresh.

Service: I visited today because of your 2025 Bib Gourmand award but was let down by the service. I waited at the counter for 3–4 minutes while both staff members focused on prep without acknowledging me once. It would be much better if one person could handle the greeting and orders while the other focuses on prep, or at least acknowledge waiting customers so we don’t feel ignored. I hope this feedback helps you maintain the high standards expected of a Michelin-recognized stall

This drink is “muah” perfecto. With the touch of pandan flavor. Made it all worth the drive. Ofc that isn’t the main reason. I got some fruit sandos that were out of this world too. Fluffy and amazing. Came here around the time they open and it was already a good amount of people. I suggest going early tho. I have heard how busy this place can get.

Banh Mi Boy is a great Vietnamese snack stand to get the classic banh mi sandwich.

The sandwiches tasted good with nice flavours and good baguette bread. Also enjoyed the Vietnamese ice coffee, it was strong and creamy.

Very well could be one of the best bahn mi I’ve ever had! Everything in the sandwich is so nuanced and flavorful. It’s no wonder they receive the accolades.

Another gem hidden away inside the Mills Market. The Bánh Mi w/ Pork Belly is so good! The bread is crispy outside but soft in the middle, the veggies are fresh & flavorful, & the pork belly is crispy yet tender. I just had to have another Passionfruit juice cuz it’s so good!

A Michelin star Banh Mi! In a typical crowded tight space mini food market. Its hella worth it tho. After you’re exhausted fighting for a parking space you need to recharge. As soon as you walk in to the building you’re greeted with multiple delish food smells. When you get to Banh Mi Boy cashier you hear those crunchy breads being cut. This is where I lost it and mesmerized watching them prep the food while my tummy screaming “FEED ME!!”. Upon unwrapping my pork belly sandwich, my caveman instinct kicked in and start gobbling it like its my last meal on this Earth. That crunchiness that I heard while they’re prepping it? I hear it again on every bite that I took. This time tho, the feel of that bread softness beyond that crunchiness. And thought if this is going to be my last meal on this planet? I’m good….

As someone Vietnamese who grew up with authentic bánh mì, I was a bit skeptical about the Michelin Guide mention. The sandwiches here are excellent, the baguette is fresh and crunchy with flavorful fillings and plenty of herbs. The sesame coffee is unique and well-balanced, and the sugarcane juice tastes fresh and refreshing.

Came here on a whim as we were walking around. This is tucked in a cute mini market with several dining options. I ordered the cheesesteak banh mi and my husband ordered the char siu pork banh mi. We also ordered a BYO tofu summer roll. Our banh mi sandwiches were delicious, had great texture, and the ingredients were so fresh! The summer roll was great and so fresh, the tofu’s texture was a bit too mushy… Otherwise everything else was great.

Edit: The Thai Tea was also delicious! I want to try the green tea next time.
