We stopped in for happy hour October 16th. We sat at the bar. The place was hopping. The bartender provided excellent service. The happy hour prices are incredible! The house margarita ($3) is really good. We had the grilled corn ribs ($5), a couple tacos ($3) and some nachos ($5). Everything was delicious.
We were really happy to find out that they have a dog friendly patio. We will definitely be back with our littles when the weather is nice again. Until then, we’ll be back at the bar. 😉

I didn’t have the best lunch experience here, and they reached out to ask me to try again. Our second experience was so much better! The renovated space is very nice and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had the spicy margarita cocktails , and they were amazing. The queso fundido appetizer was also very good. I got the shrimp tacos. The biggest surprise was how delicious the rice and black bean were. I never expect much from the sides at a Mexican restaurant, but they were both very flavorful. Cameron, our waitress, suggested the perfect salsas for each of our dishes. Be sure to ask about all their different salsas and how to pair them. For dessert we shared the churro cheesecake. It was truly phenomenal. Not overly sweet, but perfect. We will definitely he back.

Had a party of 3 for lunch. For appetizers we ordered the Queso Fundido Skillet and My Neighbors Nachos w/ steak and shrimp. For entrees we ordered the Chochinito Pibil Tacos and Shredded Steak Burrito. The service, food, and atmosphere were great. They offer a great outdoor dining experience with spectacular views of the mountain’s. Unfortunately, due to recent record snowfall amounts, we didn’t get to eat outside.

The Arabe Tacos did not disappoint – I highly recommend them! Also had the Queso Fundido appetizer and Sopapilla Cheesecake. All of it was unique and full of flavor. The Sopapilla was not overly sweet, which was a big plus for me. A huge surprise was the smoked black beans – what is typically just a filler side item at Mexican restaurants turned out to be something I’ll look forward to next time.

Service from Cameron was stellar – very friendly and all her recommendations were fantastic.

Brook, at this charming Mexican bistro, saved the day. It was 9.55 pm on a Friday night. It was my birthday, AND my first date with a very special guy. Instead of turning us away — 5 minutes before closing, she made us welcome. She persuaded the kitchen to prepare us a beautiful, heaping platter of food.

She literally made the night perfect and very special. I can’t wait to return and start sampling their massive margarita menu.

My husband and I dined there recently. I had the mango margarita and fish tacos. Both turned out awesome. My husband had the spicy margarita and cochinita pibli, which was also great. We also tried their tres leches for dessert. Really enjoyed the food. The service was good nothing special. Loved the booth at the bar. Lots of seating available. Will definitely dine there again!

This squash enchilada in mole sausage was the best bite of food I’ve had in years. I cwantwx to lick the mole off the plate. My lunch mates had tender mouths and found it too spicy. No complaints. Some issues with slow service.

This restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, amazing food, fantastic cocktails, and MOST importantly the best bar staff in Colorado Springs. I come at sit at the bar here at least once a month and everyone is always so kind and excited to say hi! I usually sit with Zoe or Mikki and they just brighten up your whole day. The Skirt Steak or the Pescado frito with a spicy skinny margarita NEVER fail. For the price, the service, and the amazing vibes, I don’t think you can beat My Neighbor Felix.
