This DD is dirty and un-friendly. Trash in and out was over-flowing. Payment screen was so filthy, glad I only had to tap. I said “good morning” to the young girl behind the counter and got no response. When I asked for my receipt I got an eye roll. Why bother to have a tip jar if you’re not going to give any customer service?

The food is always perfectly cooked, coffee is delicious and the employees are so nice! They always greet you with a smile and always get the order correct! There’s never a long line and the service is fast. Dunkin’ Donuts is often times the first place people stop before they start their day. A simple smile goes along way, and I appreciate that from the employees at this location!
