Definitely the best BBQ in Dublin!
Meat is absolutely amazing, sooo tender (check out my short video) and well smoked, their BBQ sauce is nicely balanced (not an usual brown sauce but a proper stuff!) and staff is always very nice.
We love also their music and which is not too loud.
As usual, we weren’t able to eat it all but this business is ready for this as well so they have ready boxes for leftovers, so nothing is wasted

I got the platter for one and it was amazing. The briskets are soft and juicy. The rib was delcious. Heck even the chicken was well seasoned and falling off the bone still juicy. The portion was definitely generous – The leftovers covered my lunch the next day. Price is 30 for the platter but you can get less expensive stuff and it’s still amazing.

I really enjoyed my visit to Meat Wagon. They have very own way of menu which is perfect for meat lovers. The interior design is warm and inviting, with a lovely wooden style that gives the place a cozy feel.
The staff were polite and very friendly, which made the experience even better. Unfortunately, when we went, they had run out of beef, but we tried other meats, and they were excellent.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely go back—next time to try their beef as well!

We heard the beef rib sells out fast so we came for lunch around 12. If you try it, you’ll understand why it sells out. The meat was fall off the bone tender and the sides were delicious. I highly recommend the chili and Mac&cheese.
