My Flavor It is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Owner is very nice. The restaurant is in good condition. Amazing slushies. Must come back. 10/10.

The staff is so kind and patient. They also help support local groups in the community, like band and sports! They have very good shaved ice and lots of flavors to pick from. They also have soft serve ice cream and treats. My kids love the shaved ice, I like the frozen coffee treat!

We came today for the first time, the kids were very excited to try this place. We ordered two cups of ice cream, one mango and one strawberry and a shot cone.
As soon as we paid, we looked for tables to sit inside. The dining room was disorderly, tables and chairs were at random with no clear indicator of what chair belongs to what table since none were pulled up to any table. The tables looked off balanced and they all had fresh and dried up spills on them. Not inviting at all so we sat at the benches outside to enjoy our ice cream treat. The benches outside are nice, in the shade in the afternoon so not too hot.
The shot cone was fine, no different than what I can get at Mc Donalds, except much smaller and for the same price.
The mango ice cream cup was okay, didnt really taste like mango, we knew it was mango because we ordered mango but not so much for the flavor or color.
The strawberry ice cream cup was disappointing. There was so much syrup, it was way too sweet. Additionally, it was watered down so much, you could drink it with a straw. Its 83 degrees outside and Im sitting in the shade so its not like it melted from the time we paid to the time we sat down.
My son couldnt have his ice cream because of how sweet it was. We went back inside and asked the girl at the register if we could trade his cup for a regular vanilla ice cream cup since it was so sweet and so watered down. She didnt say a word, just turned around took our cup, got the new vanilla cup and set it on the counter. We politely said thank you but she didnt say a word. It was clear in her demeanor that she was bothered that we came back to the counter. We were polite the whole time but she was still clearly bothered.
Overall we didnt have a great experience. I dont think I’ll come back.
I always like to support local businesses within Wauconda so we’ll have to find a different local spot, if there is one.

Excellent different kind of dessert shop when you don’t want just a regular ice cream cone. Staff is usually very nice and prices are very reasonable. If you can’t make up your mind on a flavor just ask them to make you whatever, each time I have its turned out great. 10/10 would recommend.

We love this little ice cream shop because it is local and has great service. Even when it is busy, you are able to get in and out quickly with your order. The best part is the tiny “shot cones” (miniature kid cones) that they have. They are the perfect size for my little ones to enjoy and actually finish before it melts all over. Parking is the only thing that can be a little inconvenient when busy.

Amazing treats! My family and I have been living in Volo for 6 years, and we just found this GEM of a spot for a sweet tooth. The frozen hot chocolate is delicious. We also enjoyed their smoothies and “blizzard” style ice cream that you can put as many toppings in as you like. Staff was super friendly and safe. Give it a try next time your on Main St. In Wauconda

Delicious!! Best banana split I’ve had in a while. The shaved ice was also delicious! The small size was huge and got three flavors which were all super yummy. Will definitely return.
