It’s been hit or miss the last few times I’ve ordered from here. Sometimes the food is undercooked or missing ingredients. Or the fryer hasn’t been cleaned and my fried food is nasty. Other times (like tonight) it’s great. Customer service is hit or miss, too. I’ve found the delivery drivers to be super awesome and pleasant to interact with. When I’ve gone in person the staff seemed stressed and the manager is constantly scowling or barking at people. I also see lots of messes in the back room and the dish room. I used to work here back in the day and it wasn’t always this way. I think if they tightened things up a bit then it could be returned to its former glory.

Our order got dropped or lost, we waited for an hour before questioning if we would be getting our food. Although they never admitted an accident, the staff was nice and the food was good. Our kids liked the play area.

If I could have MyBoys cater my wedding I would. I can’t express how utterly great this establishment is. The fried food was bomb, the pizza was a smash hit with my family, and the playground took me back to my youth with my kids. Games are modern, bathrooms are clean… just an all around great place. I left with my jaw dropped.

Great salad bar. Good pizza. Today not such good service. Each employee seemed to not want to be there. Definitely not happy to serve. We will be back. I just hope they can find some friendlier staff

We and 20 members of my family were there to celebrate my nieces 5th birthday and the were very mean and made us leave 15 min before our time was up and made comments about a disabled family member of mine the woman / manager should be fired the pizza and play structure was awesome and my niece and son had a good time.

Rude. VERY RUDE! My entire party of guests said the staff was very rude and left everyone feeling upset with service. Lack thereof customer service. Here’s a tip. If you don’t want to WORK, leave then. How is this place in business. Hope it gets shut down! Plus the crust was so hard it was like trying to eat concrete. Parking was a nightmare.

First time there and will be back. Very good pizza, LOVED the crunchy crust. The salad bar was commendable as well, although I missed croutons. Had the opportunity to watch the employees for awhile and was surprised at the amount of time they chatted with each other. Time could have been better spent cleaning the numerous tables with dishes on them. However, employees aside, we loved the pizza and will be going back!

Firstly, I would not consider this place kid friendly as the staff would stare at my 1 child whom was celebrating his birthday, the staff made cold, cringey facial expressions as if they despised kids in general. 2 when I inquired about when we would be receiving the complimentary FREE (1 topping personal size pizza) Pepperoni, no other option offered the staff said they NO Longer offer a pizza for the birthday kid. I expressed by disbelief as the manager had taken our reservation info when made the plans and informed me –without asking her, that my kid would receive a FREE pepperoni pizza that is personal size. Staff then looked froze, and only reiterated that they would not be serving us that pizza. I spent $56 on 2 large pizzas to feed our party members, utterly the most obscene prices I’ve ever paid for PIZZA in my life. Although the pepperoni was great the BBQ Chicken was absolutely putrid. Will never come back. They used to be friendly and inviting, now their staffed with slobs that appear to have rolled out of bed and immediately clocked in. Not coming into work with an appropriate appearance is one thing but treating your guests in a group party with zero dignity and respect has tarnished any chance of us returning.

The most overpriced tasteless pizza in the state of Oregon. I’ve endured countless birthday parties here and spending almost $40 on a pizza that weighs less and has less cheese and toppings than a $10 Mod Pizza leaves me colder and chewier than a my boys pizza. They advertise being the best pizza in Creswell but fail to mention that they are the only pizza parlor in town as well. To top it all off I’ve yet to see any coupons for this place.

The food is why I gave it 5 stars. The food is great. However, you get 3 Stars for service. The last 2 times I ordered pickup, I was told a 30 minute wait time. The first time, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my husbands food. My food was cold by the time I got home and I live a couple minutes away. Tonight, again, my food, a small personal pizza, was ready when I got to the drive through window. But I was told there was an additional 15 minute wait for my husbands meal. I was not happy. My food would be cold by the time the hubby’s meal was done. So I went home, ate my meal while it was hot, and drove back for my husbands food. The whole point in ordering takeout from a restaurant is so people can dine at home, together. The excuse I got at the window was, “We’re really busy.” No, the problem was that whoever is cooking didn’t coordinate the 2 meals. I’ll give you one more chance to get it right because I like your food.
