I came to Oak Bluffs for vacation last week and ordered the MV BLT salad. While I usually am not a salad person, this was exceptionally delicious and I will definitely be returning next year to get have the MV BLT again and to try some of their other salads. Furthermore, the woman creating my salad was very accommodating of my nut allergy by changing gloves beforehand. The cornbread as an extra touch is great as well!

I just had my first salad from MV Salads and it was everything I could have hoped for! It took me forever to decide on what to get because everything looked and sounded so good. I went with the JAWS special, which creatively incorporated aspects of the movie JAWS in salad toppings (shark tooth shaped turnips and beets mixed in the amazing MV Salads dressing to make it look like blood). So creative! In addition to the great food, Susanna (the owner) and her staff are so inviting. The kindness is truly contagious

MV salads does not disappoint. The owner, Susanna Herlitz-Ferguson, answered our questions, ensured the staff adequately took our order and made sure we were satisfied with every last bite. The salad options presented at MV Salads are unique, memorable, and delicious. We ended up ordering 2 different salad options. The house made dressings are crave-worthy. The house crafted juices are works of art by themselves.

One of my favorite places on island hands down! This awesome eatery is owned by a lovely woman, Susanna, whose philosophy of kindness & wholeness radiates to every aspect of this restaurant! The food is fresh & delicious, and the location and service are absolutely perfect!! Yummy free spa water & mini corn muffins!

Just finished a delicious salad. Ingredients were superb quality – must be straight from the farmers market. Tina was helpful with substitutions because I’m not a big fan of lobster. Additionally, our party has someone with severe food allergies. The owner came out and ensured everything was kosher. Will be back for more salads! And WATERMELON JUICE

Lots of great options to make a yummy salad. I wish they had chicken breast rather than dark meat chicken. Cute place and very friendly and accommodating staff. The free cornbread that comes with your salad is yummy. The price is a bit high but I really enjoyed my salad! A good salad is hard to find!! Especially on vacation.
