Hello My Foodies! I visited this place while checking out the Christmas Market in Asbury Park. It was inside the convention hall already so we figured what the heck. It was also barbecue which my best friend loves so we went in. The food was actually ok. The burger was simple but tasty. The tacos and wings were good according to my friends. I’m not sure if this place is open all year long since its inside the convention hall but if you are able to check it out go ahead and give them a try. The server was lovely and friendly to us and we had a nice time there.

Came here to eat. Was not impressed with the food. Everything lacked flavor. The burgers were okay. They needed more to it. The salad was too greasy. The cornbread had no flavor either really lacked sweetness. The Mac was very dry and dint have a good taste. The wings were a bit tough seasoned. The fries were great but not my style. They had a Cajun seasoning. Service was good and atmosphere was good. Good place for a drink and AC. Overall won’t go back.

The ABSOLUTE rudest restaurant I have ever been to!!! The bartender, never got her name, was horrible to both me and my wife!!! We had driven for HOURS to pay homage to The Boss on the release date of his Biopic (October 24th) and had decided to visit Asbury Park and eat at this particular restaurant.
If you notice there’s only one picture, it’s because my wife and I were treated so bad by the bartender, We left as soon as we finished our drinks. As we were leaving some guy, maybe a bouncer told my wife that the bathrooms were for paying customers only I let him know that we had just had drinks at the bar and he actually yelled across the restaurant to check with the bartender if we were paying customers. I was beyond embarrassed and was becoming livid. My wife didn’t even use the bathroom because she saw how livid I had become.
In conclusion, skip this place at all cost. They don’t know the meaning of respect and the food on the boardwalk is probably better!!!

Mutiny Bounty extending their great BBQ to the old spot of Seahorse at Convention Hall is amazing!
Same great food with an amazing location, including the outdoor promenade with ocean views. Liquor license is a huge plus!
They ran out of a couple marquee menu items when i went and mixed up the order a bit, but will definitely be returning!

The food is great here and at their flagship location. So easy to get a yummy cocktail and take your order to go to enjoy the beach and summer stage And everything this side of town has to offer. Plus love the nod to the Beast from the East Bam Bam Bigelow right where his historic matches happened. Be sure to stop by here or their original spot for a Sammy or a platter.

Had a high hopes for this place and it was OK at best. The brisket nachos were lacking on brisket tasty but needed more meat. I got the beast from the East sandwich which I thought was average at best. Definitely lacking sauce and was rather dry. Willing to try again and see if things change.

This Texpat is so grateful for Mutiny BBQ and thrilled to have this second location in Convention Hall. Great spot with terrific ocean views and solid food/drinks brought to you by nice, attentive staff. This quickly became my regular stop for lunch and/or drinks during their first summer. As a bonus, they book terrific local musicians regularly out on the patio and in the Convention Hall Grand Arcade.

Stopped by on a whim since everything on the boardwalk was packed. We had a great meal and the service was great, as well. Lots of delicious options on the menu. Highly recommend the wings!

It’s a special place with BBQ on the beach in New Jersey. The work they put in is second to none. The food is delicious, just make sure you have napkins as you look over the ocean when Steely Dan is playing in the background. It’s not five stars, six.
