The sign says “made to order” but it definitely isn’t cooked to order. Cooked bacon in a half insert above the grill waiting patiently for the next customer. Grilled chicken and hamburger pre cooked and held on flat top waiting for a order.

I don’t usually complain or even go to this location but yeah I won’t be back. I asked for 3 sauces. I have no problem paying for them. But this is the only location I’ve been to that even charges. I grab my food I see only 1 sauce. I ask for the other 2 I asked for when I ordered. She proceeds to try to take the 1 sauce she gave me right off my tray. What is wrong with this lady. Just cause your having a bad day doesn’t mean you need to take it out on your customers. Then I try to tell the store manager and he does nothing.

Everytime I come in here since about a year and a half ago to this habit location in particular it has been my favorite place to eat when I am looking to grab some quality “fast food” in the area – (the quality well surpases what I would consider typical fast food). The reason i choose this location as my favorite is because of the staff, in particular the gentleman I know as Tony. He is the highlight of my visit every time I come in for an order. This gentleman is always greeting customers with a smile and takes care of the business he is asked to handle. Never once have I seen him complain he is only showing appreication, and I come here pretty often. Y’all got a great dude who deserves more recognition!

Tasted pretty good for a semi fast food burger, but boy was it expensive. $40+ for two people. I also got a massive stomach ache after trying their milkshake, but that’s probably because of the amount of dairy I consumed in one sitting.

Today March 7th my boyfriend and i went in about 30 minutes before closing to grab a quick shake. We were unexpectedly met with a lot of attitude from the manager. We only ordered a mocha shake and the drink itself was great. When we walked in though, the person helping us gave us an unwelcoming look and sighed before attending to us. We weren’t greeted upon entering and while having our order taken the manager with the 49ers jacket rudely told my boyfriend to speak up, my boyfriend then ordered a “mocha frap” to which the worker responded they don’t have, in a very hostile manner. We then corrected ourselves and ordered the “mocha shake” and after a couple short minutes we were handed our order and left unpleased with our experience. We tried to be understanding for the workers staying late and ordered something small, and even responded respectfully after having been met with such attitude, nonetheless only to get treated with this kind of behavior, especially from a higher up. This is truly disappointing especially because of how good the food is.

When I walked in the staff was very welcoming and the restaurant was very nice. I wasn’t impressed with the Double Char Burger. It was big, but dry. I had everything on it too. This was my first visit to Habit Burger and most likely my last. If I was to go again the Portabelo sandwich looked inviting. The fries were great, but the burger wasn’t impressive at all, sorry.

Great, friendly helpful staff at the Napa Valley restaurant! Very tasty, enjoyable burger, not too sloppy, very filling. First time to Habit Burger Grill, will definitely try to eat again when the time comes.
