The best steak I’ve ever had in my life. Phenomenal service from Ronnie – incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The steak was to die for. Perfectly cooked. Seasoned at the end with sea salt and a small sprig of rosemary – all that was needed. Even for a steakhouse, the pasta was excellent! Freshly shaved truffles and dried flowers sprinkled perfectly cooked and seasoned pasta with butter and cheese. Ronnie selected an excellent red wine that matched the steak perfectly. We sat at a table by the service door to the kitchen so we got to see the chefs in action – I could sit there all day with wine and watch them work their magic!

I was greeted by a waiter. He was very nice. He offered the special bit o just wanted a quick bit. I ordered a cappuccino and tomatoe bruschetta which was absolutely delicious! It was bursting with flavor with a green pesto drizzle. The patio was comfortable even though it was cold outside. I’m glad they did not rush me to finish my meal or drink.. they even offered me free Wi-Fi. Which works Very well!

Amazing experience at Museo della Bistecca in Florence! The food was outstanding, the bistecca was absolutely delicious, and everything was top quality. The mashed potatoes were the best I’ve ever had in my life, and the pasta… mamma mia!!! But the best part was GEMMA’s service: super friendly, professional, attentive, and always smiling—she truly made us feel welcome. Fast service, great atmosphere, and incredible dishes. Definitely a place to come back to and highly recommend. Thank you Gemma for everything!

We don’t usually return to the same place while traveling, but we came back three nights in a row because we loved it that much. Every meal felt special — from the different pastas to the perfectly cooked cuts of meat, everything was consistently incredible. What really made it unforgettable, though, was the people. Ronnie took the time to talk with us, share his favorite spots around Florence, and made us feel like more than just tourists. Antonio was just as kind and welcoming. By the end, it felt like we were coming back to friends. We’re so grateful for the experience and can’t wait to return one day.

WoW!! We had an amazing dinner at the Museo della Bistecca. We were first approached the day before as we were walking by and decided to take a look inside. What a beautiful restaurant! we already had reservations elsewhere for that night but promptly made reservations for the next. We had the “Carpaccio di Chianina
con rucola, grana e tartufo” as our appetizer, it was melt in your mouth delicious and flavorful. We both had the “Spaghetti alla chitarra con ragù di chianina alla bolognese” and it too was an explosion of flavors. We had a beautiful chianti to go with our dinner finished off with the cheesecake frutti di bosco. They treated us to 2 glasses of Limoncello to finish off the evening.
We completely enjoyed our meal and were pleasantly surprised at the more then fair price for such a quality and delicious dinner. We will most definitely be back on our next trip to Firenze and can not wait!!

First of all, I would like to thank Tony who knows his job perfectly and guided us to exactly what we were looking for. As a result, we received exactly what we requested. The atmosphere of the restaurant was lively and had plenty of outside noise but was otherwise fine as their outside sitting area was enclosed in thick plastic. The caesar salad was fresh and had real chicken on it. Bread was freshly baked, the meat was extremely tasty and mashed potatoes were creamy. The other steak we ordered was cooked a bit on the rarer side that preferred but most likely a difference between American medium well and an Italian medium well but otherwise flavorful. Would recommend though it was a bit more expensive than other similar restaurants around. We did not have a wait to sit and the service staff were polite and professional.

Best fiorentin’ experience of my life!
Loved every detail, the atmosphere and the food were exceptional. Staff guys were the kindest, Antonio was a sweetheart and really patient explaining every plate and his suggestions were top notch

Bread served was not fresh at all.
Ordered the Florentine steak which was nicely crusted but the fats were not well-rendered albeit well-seasoned
Toni is very helpful and knowledgeable when I asked him questions on how the steak is cooked and what makes it special, etc.
Staff asks everyone for a review after giving 2 pieces of biscuits, so some reviews might be skewed.
Is it good enough to return? I’m not so sure.

My husband and I came here for lunch to miss the dinner rush. We had the whole restaurant to ourselves. The staff was very attentive, took the time to take my husband over to the case and explain all the cuts of beef.
We thoroughly enjoyed our whole experience
