Great food in a quaint fine dining setup without the pretense! The Chef tries to meet with the guests for feedback which is nice to see! Most of the dishes are 5 stars except for the pork belly which could use some contrasting flavors to cut through the fattiness—-maybe some acid, sour contrast to sweet and fatty elements and for me a definite should have been a piece or some pieces of crackling/pork rinds. This would have made it to 5 star.
If the Chef would like to possibly consider my humble suggestion :
Indochine Pork Belly, kumquat-lime crème, seasonal roots in a light tamarind demi-glace finished with artisanal pickles and explosive crackling shards!

Went back in January 2026 and since we cannot really upload new reviews I am adding to this one. Chicken peri peri thigh was disappointing and felt like it was frozen or has been in the fridge for a while. It was dry though it was chicken thigh. My wife ordered the chicken butter curry with naan but disappointingly there was no naan but a poorly executed roti. The curry had fair flavor and creamy texture except for the chicken again which was not grilled first but felt boiled or simmered directly in the sauce with lots of carrot notes and cardamom. You can please comment and tell me if that is a naan or not! The achard be it carrot or ginger were also below par.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! Our server, Emma, was extremely kind, attentive, and professional, which made us feel very welcome from the start. The dishes were absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. We also tried the desserts, which were just as delightful and a perfect finish to the meal. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, and everything about our visit exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and excellent service.

Muse offers a very special dining experience. From beautiful plating and delicious food, to excellent service, we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. The food itself is on another level, it’s clear they use only the best and high quality products and is perfectly crafted to taste. The service was amazing, as our waitress, Robyn, was super friendly and attentive from start to finish. I can highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for the best food and service a restaurant can offer in PE.

I’ve been supporting this restaurant from its previous location to the new one, and the quality has remained exceptional. The food is consistently delicious, and the desserts are absolutely decadent — almost addictive — while the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The space is a bit small, and during busy times parking for Muse and the surrounding restaurants and stores can be quite challenging, but the experience is still worth it.

Easily one of the best fine dining spots in PE. Customer service is top notch-I love how the chef (Allen) delivers your food in-person, and ensures that he makes contact with every customer in the restaurant, in someway, in your dining experience. The menu is concise, but still covers grounds, in terms of options – such that you don’t feel overwhelmed by the multitude of options to have to narrow down from. Yet, the dishes are sophisticatedly put together, from the flavour profiles, to the presentations. I also, loved that the chef was able to accomodate my dietary requirements, while still keeping my dish exciting. The staff are professional and the food is decently priced for such a fine dining experience. I highly recommend this spot, but note you need to make reservations in good time, to secure a table(it’s a small cosy spot-I guess intentionally so, that gives you a feeling of having an exclusive experience). Totally worth every penny.
