The meatballs were fantastic 10/10
pizza 10/10 the crust was sooo crispy and chewy and the signature pizzas were so yummy!
Jacob was an awesome server and was very attentive to our eaters and clearing plates.
The decor was super cute and modern cozy vibe, but the only thing was that when we walked in 45 mins after opening, it felt like 15 mins before opening, glasses were being cleaned on the tables and backpacks at the bar and cleaning supplies out but no biggie!
Would come again for sure!!

We enjoyed our time at Murray’s for happy hour, though we didn’t order anything from the happy hour menu but a few glasses of wine. We had the sausage alla vodka pizza and it was decent, the standout to me was the crudo as we really enjoyed their take on it. Wine selection is good if you’re looking to buy a bottle, but I wish there were more by the glass options as my husband didn’t want a drink and I couldn’t justify buying a bottle if I was only having 2 glasses. The service was outstanding. Kyvon was our server and he was so warm and genuinely nice, very attentive and fast. We’d definitely go back.

We decided to step outside of our box and try a new pizza spot tonight and we were lucky to stumble upon Murray’s Pizza and Wine in the Memorial area. From the time we walked in we were impressed. The ambiance is great and we were warmly greeted immediately. Our waitress, Mackenzie, was awesome and very helpful with the menu and a delight to chat with. The food here is great. We tried the meatballs, white bean hummus and prosciutto and arugula pizza. For dessert we had the dulce de leche gelato and that was such a nice way to cap our meal. The wine list is also impressive and we found a wine from one of our favorite wineries in the Santa Ynez wine country. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful first visit to Murrays! I first learned about Murrays through leaf and grain and was so excited when I found out they were opening a pizza restaurant! The pizza was delicious! The crust was amazing and really set the pizza apart from other places. It was thin and had a crisp to it and wasn’t floppy. I loved that it was light, not greasy and didn’t leave you feeling heavy. I strongly recommend the wild mushroom pizza! My mom and sister loved their meatball appetizer and they shared the pepperoni pizza and added sausage and ricotta. It is a cute restaurant that also has outdoor seating. The service was ok. We were seated for about 5 minutes and our waiter still didn’t come greet us. Throughout the meal whenever we needed something, we had to get someone’s attention. No one is perfect and they still might be working out some things while just opening. That won’t stop us from coming back again! If I could make one request, I would love for some more veggie topping options to be added.

Murray’s Pizza & Wine is one of my new favorite hotspots in Houston! The artisan pizza and sourdough crust are incredible, making it one of the best pizza spots in Houston. My favorite pizzas that I tried were the Wild Mushroom Pizza and the Not Hawaiian Pizza! The small plates are delicious as well. I tried the Meatballs, Caesar salad, Focaccia and Burrata, and Crudo, and everything hit the spot! The service and ambiance of the restaurant are also very hospitable. It’s a great date spot, and the cocktails are also tasty. My favorite cocktail is the Murray’s Spritz!

Best pizza I’ve had in Texas, maybe the US. Also the bread pudding was incredible – don’t skip dessert. Was also impressed by their wine menu – some tightly allocated wines on there. Highly recommend for date night. Tip: Can be hard to get a reservation sometimes but easy to get in for lunch / brunch.

Wow! I am appalled at how incredibly flavorful our pizza tasted.. Sausage a la Vodka.. for the win! Perfectly crisp, with the perfect amount of vodka sauce, the sausage was so tasty, with a bit of a kick.. just wow! When you eat pizza- first impression means everything.. and our minds wander to try and compare.. not this time! Murray’s bakes a ONE OF A KIND pizza; truly out of this world. Give this place a try.. you won’t be disappointed.. trust me! #supportlocal
