We stopped in here on a Saturday around 2 o’clock in October. We were driving by , and it looks like a fantastic local burger joint , and that’s exactly what it was. The bonus was that it had a couple of pool tables that had a bar vibe but the back deck was more of a burger vibe right off the ocean. A perfect combination if you ask me.
Our server was Donna and she was awesome. Everything we asked for she said yes to including a pickle margarita! The burgers came out hot, he French fries were hot and freshly cooked and the food was as good as I knew it would be.
The kitchen staff didn’t exactly get the order correct. I asked for no mayonnaise , but I got mayonnaise on and the boyfriend asked for chili on the side and they didn’t give him any chili at all , but it was quickly fixed by Donna. Not sure if that was a kitchen issue or a server issue , but no harm , no foul.

This is a cool place to hang out, shoot some pool, and eat delicious food. We had some of the best hamburgers and hot dogs. The hamburgers were cooked perfectly, and they were big patties. Their chili is so good. It was worth the wait to get some really delicious food. They have indoor and outdoor seating. I would recommend them to everyone in the area looking for delicious food and a great atmosphere with all the tvs. Stop in and check them out when you are in the area.

We went to Murphy’s for the 1st time. The band, Fossil Rockers, was great! We were able to sit out in the sun, have hot and delicious appetizers (Philly cheesesteak egg rolls and soft pretzels), and awesome service by Sarah. It is a no frills, come as you are, fun place to hang out.

Who doesn’t like a beach front bar? As long as you know what Murphy’s offers and you’re not stuck up, you’ll have a great time. Murphy ‘s is sometimes a biker bar, sometimes a tourist destination, sometimes a music venue, but I’ve always had a great time there no matter the crowd. They get some good bands, great place to hang out right on the beach and listen to some great local musicians, especially in the warm weather. Food is always consistent and service is happy to provide, but you sometimes have to ask. If you know what to expect, you’ll have a great time. See you there!

From the street you might pass this place up. The back patio had the perfect relaxed beach vibe and you can pop right up from the beach! We ordered a 1/2 lb of shrimp and the basket was huge and the flavor was amazing! Fun drinks and daily karaoke. We’ll definitely stop again next time we are in the area.

Really deserves a 2.5. It was very loud but that’s exoected with a live band. I was fine with yhat. The waitstaff….yeah, unfriendly. Even to the point of being rude. Would I go back? Probably not. It didn’t feel like a good or welcoming place.

Awesome, 4th visit, 3 days in a row … pool table. Yummy lemonade, Corona & lime in the bottle… 3 evenings with live music…. plus … Earlier Walk on the beach after Karaoke. Happy Hour 4-7.
