This was my first dining experience inside this restaurant. Even though entering at 8:50 pm, it was still top-notch! Everyone was pleasant and service was excellent. Our needs seemed to be anticipated even as we entered. I had worn my mask in, and our Seater placed us well away from others in a nice, cozy booth. Major points for that! Our Server smiled the whole time she was with us. My Sushi Rolls were excellent. As we were leaving, another staff member was up front cleaning menus. Something I did not miss. But, she made me stop in my tracks when she said, “See you next week!” I have never had that happen even in establishments I frequent weekly. I smiled, and told her she may see me. I doubt that I can make it back next week with my schedule, but this restaurant has earned my $$, and they will definitely see more of me. I highly recommend this establishment that has staff that truly cares about their business and customers!!

What a gem! I tried this place for the first time today and was blown away. Their diverse menu offers so many yummy options (no matter what dietary restrictions you may have). I tried the Green lantern and Hulk rolls which were delish as well as the ramen. Arsa and Yanti are the loveliest owners who truly go out of their way to ensure that you have the best dining experience. Do yourself a favor and eat here asap!

It was good. I will say that the Maguro tuna was not mixed with other fish, crumbs or too much crisps like other sushi places in Asheville. The thing that bothered me was the way they prepared their rolls. Too many of them were fried, or had fried veggies or tempura in them. I would look at a roll on the menu, see all the ingredients in them that I liked, but then.. ‘Fried’. And with the spicy mayo and sauces. They drenched the rolls in then. You couldn’t taste the roll itself. The service was a bit slow as well. Like I said, it was ‘ok’. The Maguro was what lifted the star up one.

Sushi is just okay. My sushi in my raw rolls are somewhat warm. I called for takeout, I asked for sriracha sauce and was charged $2.00 for a small 2 oz cup for three rolls, 16 pieces of sushi. I’m highly disappointed. I will say that the lunch special is priced well but that’s all.

Was a super amazing meal they seemed maybe understaff for the crowd there was only what looked like one waitress for one side of the restaurant. The food was super tasty for such a large order it came pretty quick friendly service all around great!!

Absolute 10/10. Our server, Kalit, was top notch. Helped with recommendations and was knowledgeable of the recipes. Every single thing my fiance and I had was out of this world. He had the takoyaki for an appetizers and I had this delicious, melt in your mouth, Salmon Aburi. I also had the Honey Yuzu tea, which warmed my very soul. The flavor would surely cure any one of a bad day. For entrées, my fiancée had the Stir Fry Yakisoba. The noodles were cooked to perfection, the meat tender and flavorful, even the veggies were amazing. I had the The Legend of the Ten Rings sushi roll. The Wagyu was a flavor packed punch to my taste buds with the lobster mix heightening the experience. This was one of the most wonderful dishes I have ever had the pleasure to enjoy. We cannot wait to go back and try out other menu items!

In south Asheville and looking for some sushi or hibachi? Look no further than Murasaki for great food and service. They have a really fun and Very extensive menu, fresh ingredients & some great twists on old classics. We were there on Mother’s day and as with most places they are short staffed, but this didn’t stop them from providing exceptional service. Our server was spread across the dining room and while we had to be patient, it was no issue as we always leave plenty of time for a leisurely meal. The kitchen was backed up, but again, no fault of theirs, just the nature of the business. They communicated everything with us in a timely manner and I really felt they did a great job. Our food was fantastic. The scallop appetizer was particularly well done and their rolls are excellently crafted. The OMG Roll is like nothing I have had a any sushi place, crispy, spicy, flavorful. We will be back again for lunch or dinner. Well done!

Nice place, good atmosphere, nice décor, maybe the best sushi I have ever had. The specialty roles are large, and very well prepared, the presentation looks like what you see in a print ad. I have brought customers here a couple times, and both times were equally as good, and everyone enjoyed.
