Just ordered no meat hash brown burrito and at the pick up confirmed with the guy if it’s meat free.. he was like yes sir 100% meat free.. guess what? It was full of meat inside when i opened.
Interesting part was when i called the restaurant and got the same guy who came out for curbside pickup.. i said i ordered meat free and u confirmed it as well.. he was like “listen we don’t prepare the order.. kitchen does”
WOW – it’s a team work u cant keep throwing blames on other staff members.. u have to own it as a team.. anyways i found that to be very rude and i saw no point of keep talking with that guy and i hung up.. NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT LOCATION ANYMORE !

Such a cute Chick-fil-A! The staff obviously loves working with each other, and they create a great atmosphere.
I went during rush, and I still felt cared for, and received my food speedily. The manager was serving us and even helped me with the app.
The decor was super fun, I think it was for a summer cow event. I’ve included pictures. <3

I was just there this morning (3/4/26) I spent 15 minutes in a very short drive thru line. 10 of those minutes the line didn’t move at all. When I finally get to the window I asked what happened with the car that held everything up and the person at the window said it took that long to make their food. I’m from Atlanta where the Chick-Fil-A’s there are more efficient than the Ford assembly line, clearly they unfamiliar with the concept of having the car pull off to the side allowing the other cars to keep moving. Don’t come here if you are in a time crunch.

We stopped in here for lunch while on a business trip and it was a very pleasant experience. The building was very clean and tidy. The counter staff were very nice and the gentleman that was working in the dining area was incredibly nice, refilled our drinks and made sure we had everything we needed. It was such a nice experience that we went back the next day.
The food is really good also, but I guess you knew that already.
Will definitely go back when in the area again.

ive been to chik fil a numerous amounts of times, never have they forgot a item. They forgot to put my sandwich and mac n cheese in the bag, should’ve checked the bag before leaving but that’s my fault for trusting. This location needs to do better.

Tried using the rewards that I received on my app -not the easiest experience trying to get the order correct.
The staff was pleasant enough to try to navigate what was being ordered. I had ordered a selected “free rewards” meal, but by the time you ordered a drink (Sunjoy – lemonade / iced tea) and had a piece of cheese put on the sandwich, it was no longer a rewards meal. Had to pay extra. Evidently, lemonade and iced tea are not included as a beverage with a rewards meal.
I didn’t mind the cost, I just didn’t appreciate the intent of the free rewards meal with hidden features.
Petty, I know, but list your limitations on the app Chick-fil-A, and make the ordering process a little easier and not feel as though it is a hidden negotiation process just to get a rewards meal.

Good place to hangout for a good burger and fries. People who work here mostly are young students who are passionate at what they do. Done in or takeaway both are super easy and fast. Best fast food burger in the area.

I always meant To make this review. But one time I didn’t have enough money to get a full meal and the guy at the window covered it and bought me a whole meal. that made my day as I was already having a rough time at my job etc. so I just wanted to say happy holidays chick fil a and that small gesture was the highlight of my year. 🙂

Best Chick Chick-fil-A location I ever visit. Staff was prompt to take order. Food was very quick even though there was long line both at the counter and drive thru. Eating in experience was almost regular restaurent with lovely table set up. Family friendly with a little play ground for kids.
