I had been craving shrimp egg foo young and this was the first place that popped up on my google search, I’m so glad it did because that was the best egg foo young I’ve had in a long time!! My boyfriend and I also got combo plates which was amazing!! Definitely a new favorite spot.

This just ain’t it. I ordered general chicken. With their special fried rice, their fried rice that they charge me extra, had exactly 2 shrimp, and five cubes of ham.. and they have the nerve to charge you for duck sauce. They were nice. They were accommodating. It looks very clean and organized so I will say that.. Flavor on the chicken is Barely there.

My food at Mui Chinese Food on 14 mile in Clawson is NOT good at all. I’m not happy I just spent $17 on the sweet and sour chicken with the shrimp fried rice. The rice is even nasty, the rice taste like flames and fire, it doesn’t even taste like rice. I won’t be returning.

The best Asian food we’ve had, carry out or dine in, in Michigan! A wide selection of pan-Asian menu items, all freshly prepared and served in more than ample portions. Online ordering is easy and pick up is quick and efficient. Try the fried rice – it’s meaty, flavorful and features lots of fresh vegetables.

I was craving Chinese food for dinner tonight and decided to check this place out. I frequented the chicken shack and was always curious about this place.
It looks like a hole-in-the-wall place, which in the past has been delicious finds for me.
I went with the number 5 sweet and sour chicken with chicken fried rice and an egg roll. When I got home and started opening up my carry out and at first, I thought they forgot the sauce and was about to get upset but realized that they put it on the chicken. It was the right amount. It was the fantastic sweet, and sour chicken was delicious . The egg roll was delicious as well.
The lady who rang me up when I was picking up my carryout was super nice. This is a great place to get take out.

For years have enjoyed the food coming from. MUIS. Always soooo good! However on Wed before Thanksgiving ordered Chinese shrimp & it was raw inside & soggy battered, I finished cooking it in my air fryer it was okay. Egg drop soup was delicious.

MUI Chinese Food Carry Out is hands down my favorite spot! Every time I go, my food is fresh, piping hot, and absolutely delicious. They package everything securely so it travels perfectly, and I always have enough for more than one meal. My go-to is the pepper steak with shrimp fried rice, and it never disappoints.
On top of the great food, the family that owns this place is so kind and genuine. Once, I called right before closing without realizing, and they still made my order for me—that kind of service really stood out. I truly enjoy supporting them as much as I enjoy their food. Highly recommend if you want authentic, consistently excellent Chinese carry-out!

I ordered take out from Mui’s the other day. I ordered my usual, General Tso’s Chicken dinner with shrimp fried rice and crab Rangoon. The Rangoon was delicious. They weren’t the typical shape, they were more like crab pizza pockets. I really enjoyed the Rangoon. The General Tso’s was good portions for the American Chinese take out. The chicken was good, tasted fresh, if that makes sense. The shrimp in the shrimp fried rice was small salad shrimp. The rice was good. Overall it was a good dinner and I would eat there again.

I’m really sorry to write this because the woman at the counter was so nice but this was my first and last time ordering from here. I ordered General Zhao chicken and it was terrible. Small chunks of chicken covered in thick thick fried batter. Along with two pints of fried rice, the meal cost $40, which was a total waste. As you’ll see from my two pics the meal is all fried batter just about. I’m sorry.
