It was a quiet spot to hang on a week day. There were alot of regulars and the bartender was really nice.

Food wasn’t bad and the beer was icy cold. Service was a little rough though, I’m used to being asked if I’d like anything when i go into a place, being offered a menu, getting a bill when I’m done, etc and not having to interrupt smoke breaks and staff chatting with friends to get that stuff. Hadn’t been in in a few years so i wasn’t a regular so didn’t get that regular customer treatment which is a shame as I’ve just moved up the street and would likely have been in a few times a week. Will give it another chance though as used to enjoy when living in Hampton.
