Firstly, we just moved to the area, had been very much looking forward to trying this place. We go for the first time place our order ordered bourbons chicken and cashew chicken this is the same order we place everywhere we go. The boy at the counter brings the food to the counter, the order is wrong, they gave us ribs instead of cashew chicken, not a big deal right?? We asked for it to be corrected and as the other lady working the counter is trying to assist us with getting the order corrected he begins to loudly argue with my boyfriend that this is what he ordered while we are both explaining it is not and someone is already trying to assist us with having it corrected. It was both extremely disrespectful and rude being loudly argued with in public like that. The food was mid, but with that said they seem super busy so I am sure some people love this place. Due to the absolute atrocious customer service we will not be returning.

I’ve lived in the area for over 30 years. I only go to 2 Chinese restaurants The Great Wall in Louisville & Hing Wang in New Albany. I don’t care where I am I will drive an hour out of my way to eat at either of these Chinese restaurants. They are incredible! Everything on the menu is spectacular! You can’t go wrong! My favorite thing about both restaurants is they have Water Chestnuts and those are a must have in any meal I order. 100% delicious!

I called to place a delivery order and ordered and went to give them my job address. Tells me that the driver didn’t want to deliver my order because last he came for someone else and they had him waited a long time “ like how rude and unprofessional to tell a customer that let alone hold it against me like it was me. Then penalize me for what someone else did. That’s like getting one bad or rude customer so you stop taking orders.” You should know better to do better..
