I was welcomed in right away.

Since it was the first time here I felt like a valued customer and no question was too much.
They were knowledgeable on variety of milks alternatives, coffees, flavors and strengths.

The atmosphere was nice, industrial but also warm. I loved the little touches like the bookshelf and fireplace.

The food looked good at the time of receiving but I didn’t get a chance to eat it at the time of review. I order a waffle sandwich egg and sausage with no cheese. The wait time was about 10 minutes for the food and came out hot.

The coffee I order was a caramel and cinnamon latte with oat milk. The price was about 8.00 for a small which is reasonable. Smell was the first thing I noticed which enlightened my taste buds.

The coffee making had an issue at the time of purchase but everyone was respectful and provided communication to the other waiting customers.

I’d try this place again especially in the winter. They even have a QR code available to order if that’s more your style.

Stepping into Mugshots Coffee Company is like entering a warm embrace of espresso dreams and roasted reality. The vibe is relaxed yet refined. The space is clean, cozy, and quietly buzzing with good energy—exactly what you’d want from a local gem.

I ordered the S’mores Latte, and wow—it was the perfect afternoon pick-me-up. Velvety smooth, balanced just right between chocolatey sweetness and robust espresso. Like dessert in a cup, but with enough caffeine to make you feel like you’re winning at life.

What really elevated the visit, though, was the sensory experience: they were roasting beans right then and there. The air was infused with that spectacular, soul-hugging aroma of freshly roasted coffee—like nature’s cologne for caffeine lovers.

Add to that the outstanding service, and you’ve got a place that’s not just about great drinks—it’s about curating moments. Mugshots doesn’t just serve coffee; it serves atmosphere, kindness, and comfort in one expertly brewed package.

I love supporting independent local! The coffee and food are great. Service can be very slow but it’s alright if you’re expecting that. Biggest bummer here is that they recently stopped offering reusable plates and mugs altogether. They’ve gone to 100% styrofoam … coated paper … acrylic … it’s alright if you can bring in your own mug but I’m second guessing getting food here at ever again all if it comes out 30 minutes later cold and packed in styrofoam even when you’re dining in

The Chai Latte I ordered was tasty. The service was good and there is a lot of room and seating options inside. Mugshots is definitely a nice alternative to your typical chain coffee shop and is _not_ trying to be too posh (and expensive) for its own good. Curiously a prayer box exists in this establishment.

I visited on a Saturday morning around 10 to have coffee and paint with a friend. I’d never been before, but it was super cute and had lots of different seating options. We got a table in the other room and were in there for a little over an hour before we were made aware that the room had been reserved at noon for a party. No worries at all, we appreciated the early warning so we were able to move and find a new table in the main room, and it’s sweet that Mugshots hosts parties (in this case a baby shower) in that room. She had tea, and I ordered a coffee and sandwich. It was a little expensive (around $20 total) but I guess that’s becoming pretty normal for an order at a coffee shop. Staff was pleasant. Sandwich was just okay, felt a little under-filled so I was a little sad (particularly because of the price), but nothing too upsetting. Generally good experience though, would definitely go again, definitely a good place to paint and catch up with a friend.

Not to be confused with Backshots Coffee. Excellent, high quality, perfection in a cup.

I let the staff know that this is perfection in a cup. They were very upset. “Actually it is perfection in a MUG. Check the name.”

My condolences. 5 stars

My first visit. Enjoyed a white chocolate apricot scone and hot Machu-Peach-U tea. Both were tasty. Very friendly staff. I also enjoyed that this was a faith-based coffee place, with Christian music piped in.

It’s easy to find kinda and tucked behind Cub. Street parking. Staff was friendly. Industrial feel with charm. Might be back in the summer because it looks like they have a door that opens up for guests to enjoy an outdoor feel.

Clean, warm, and kinda cozy atmosphere. Definitely a great space to work remotely. Looks like there’s a meeting room large enough for a group of less than ten if you need meeting space. Clean. Bathrooms were clean.

I was lucky enough to have a wonderful lady behind me pay for my coffee when I realized the card I had on me was expired. The coffee was on the bitter side for me but the Reuben I had later on when a friend showed up, with the spring mix side, was aboslutley delicious! Atmosphere was cozy with two different rooms.
I’d love to see more couches for more comfy seating but I was still very happy with my visit!

This was my first visit to Mugshot Coffee. I arrived around 2 pm and there were only 3 people ahead of me. They share a small parking lot with a couple of other businesses so parking may be limited during high peak hours. They offer tap to pay.
I had the Oatmeal raisin cookie ($2.50). It was a little too sweet for my taste but was a nice size for the cost. When I get it again I’ll just order a regular coffee. I also had a 12 oz hot toasted marshmallow oat milk Latte ($6.30), it was great!

I will definitely be returning for another cup of coffee and try other food items on the menu.

These baristas were working their asses off. Being the day after Christmas, it was obviously very busy. I was with my boyfriend and we saw a customer wait no more than a couple of minutes while the baristas were clearly preoccupied and backed up and were just trying to serve their extensive amount of drinks in a timely manner. The man rudely said to the hardworking baristas across the counter in a condescending manner, “Do you guys acknowledge your customers”? He clearly couldn’t read the room and probably has never worked a customer service job in his life. My boyfriend and I were so appalled by this man’s out of touch behavior (and lack of patience for that matter) and I basically just wanted to write this review to applaud the baristas for handling this rude customer with such grace and I hope that some manager will eventually read this and know that they have an amazing team.
