Got the Hawaiian, 4-way, and veggie pizza. Perfect pub style pizza. Crunchy and fresh ingredients. Cheese fries were great too. Clean dine-in area too. Pizzas came out quick too. Highly recommend

Ever since we moved to Franklin park about 4 years ago we have been ordering from Mugs, we are pretty much regulars. This past Tuesday, we ordered and as my step dad is taking a bite from his slice of pizza, he found him self pulling a hair out of his slice. I called the pizza and the person who answered asked to send her pictures, so I did. She said she was waiting on her manager and she’ll call me back. She called me back about 10 min later asking to send a picture of the pizza so I did that and even sent the box. She said she’ll call me once her manager had a response. It’s Friday and I have yet to hear from them or get a refund.

Quaint place but delicious food. The Caesar salad was full of deliciousness. You gotta try this place. Very yummy ribs as well. Tasty mac and cheese too. You need to check them out. They also have pizza by the slice.

Working late night doesn’t leave a lot of options for good food, but Mug’s has solved this for me. I’ve been to here like 4 or 5 times now, and I’ve never been disappointed. (Believe me, I’m tough with reviews!)
Mug’s is open late, the place is clean, they have great food, the prices are reasonable, the portions are filling, and they’re always pleasant when I pick up. I like that I can order online, there’s no miscommunication about what I want.
I got the ribs last night and I was not disappointed!! They were tender and delicious!! I usually get heartburn when I eat bbq but not from here, which is a sign of quality ingredients!!
Mug’s has quickly become my go to for late night takeout!

Leaves threatening messages to customers. Had a order delivered here and the driver didn’t follow directions and left my order on the floor in the lobby and didn’t get a message till 5-10 min later and when I went down to lobby my pizza wasn’t there so it was stolen. Someone at mugs then called me with no caller ID and called me a scammer simply because I requested a refund since I didn’t receive my order.

The last two times I’ve ordered from here the pizza cheese was slid to one side. I told them that it happened before and asked that they were careful the second time, but she sent it with the same driver and it happened again. I’ve been going there for 5 years and that is what I get. I’ll never call again.

They were fast to deliver (20 min from 4 miles away on Sat at 9pm) and accurate order. Wasn’t a big fan of the crust though, all other aspects were good. Wings were good too. Value for qty wasn’t bad either.
