We are so glad we popped in here! We were staying at the hotel and needed a late dinner while a nasty storm was rolling through. The staff was great, and the food was exactly what we needed—one of us had the chicken salad and the other the quesadilla. Surprisingly reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant! It was the perfect cozy spot to wait out the weather.

Visited Mugly’s while vacationing at the Best Western Greenfield Inn and we weren’t disappointed! Walked in and were immediately greeted and seated promptly at the bar. Hubby got an Oberon on tap and I got a Coke. We ordered a basket of cheese sticks as a starter. Those were so hot and cheesy when they arrived, so so good, they were crispy, crunchy golden brown! As our main dishes I ordered the parmesan tilapia and the hubby got the spaghetti with meat sauce. My Tilapia came with two sides, I chose mashed potatoes and that amazing looking side salad! Hubby’s spaghetti was served with either a side salad or a cup of soup, he chose the soup which was white chicken chili and was very flavorful and peppery! All in all a very good dining experience and you really get a very nice portion of food for the price!
Visited Mugly’s again on 5/4/23 while vacationing at the BW again for a concert at the Fillmore in downtown Detroit and we weren’t disappointed! Such great service and food!! The Hubby this time around got the Mugly’s Club Sandwich and I got the Chicken Strip dinner, which also came with a salad! Thanks again Mugly’s for the great experience!!

I was in there briefly to pick up a pizza to take back to my room in the attached hotel The pizza was decent, but a little undercooked for my liking. Giving it 4 stars because doneness is subjective (to a certain extent). Also because I would get it if I stayed at that hotel again, but I’d just ask for it well done.

Food was great, service was terrible. Called in an order as a hotel guest and was told a half hour. Arrived 30 minutes later to learn they forgot to put the order in and was asked “well do you still want it?” Unfortunately, we said yes and waited nearly an hour for our food. At least it was tasty and a walk away from our hotel room.

Food was good but the nachos, the meat had no flavor,they didn’t use nachos cheese it was shredded cheese ,that would of been fine but we didn’t get but a sprinkle of cheese. And under the chips my plate was full of water. So I’m assuming something was frozen they heated it up and now chips were floating in water. Nachos are a big No!! The young lady was polite and working hard . She was alone

Haven’t eaten there yet but went in to talk to them about an event I’d like to have their very soon. If their food is anywhere near as good as their atmosphere, the event should be a smash Hit. I will be eating there very soon and I’ll post a review.

Staff was great! One of us ordered a chicken salad, the other one ordered a quesadilla. We were already at the hotel so we popped in here to get a small late dinner given that the storm that produced one of the nastiest skies I’ve ever seen was still happening. We’re glad we did! Reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant!

What an amazing stuff (Illy) on this hotel restaurant / bar. She handled ALONE all the visitors at crunch time (dinner). Food was tasty. Drinks were incredible fine. Next time I will stay near airport DTW I choose this BW again. GREATFUL
