This is actually Chili’s operating under an alias, I guess to escape their reputation. I ordered wings with buffalo sauce, which as you can see is very watery and doesn’t stick to the wings pretty much at all. The chicken itself was fine. This could be a lot better if they used a better sauce, weren’t so stingy with it, and put the fries in a separate container.

Decent wings for the price. Place is operated out of Chili’s which is different but not an issue. Didn’t know about this place until I did a google maps search. Not sure why it isn’t advertised a little more.
Overall food was decent, not great but good. We live 10 minutes from this location and by the time we got home, the food was barely warm, which was odd. Either the food was sitting for a while and/or wasn’t kept in a warmer. Weird thing is, according to the food tracker, we were in the to go spot well before our food was ready.
Flavors seem to be the same as what Chili’s offers which makes sense. The Parmesan garlic is more of a dressing than actual Parmesan garlic wings you would get at most restaurants. Wouldn’t recommend, but the sweet chili and the honey chipotle is tasty. Wings had a lot of meat but the cooking consistency varied. Some wings were overcooked, some barely cooked enough.
Recommendation for management: throughput seems to be decent, but quality seems to be lacking. Based on reviews a simple process check and flavor testing would take this place from three stars to five stars based on pricing.

Had curbside to go, Shrimp Tacos, all my flour tortillas were burnt. It did not taste good. It was hard to enjoy the food. We order about every two weeks this is the first time it was bad. I have a picture. This was at Harrisville location. I was starving, so I was very disappointed not to be able to enjoy my food. Tues July 19th, ordered about 8:48 pm

I love it’s just wings. It’s a great bang for your buck I ordered the 16 wings my sauce selections were honey Sriracha and Cajun dry rub.. I also ordered a drink and it came with 2 orders of curly fries as well. All for around 20 bucks.
Yes this is a “virtual” restaurant meaning it’s only available for pick up and delivery and is owned and operated by Brinker international. The same people that operate chili’s, ie why they operate out of chili’s. This doesn’t make It’s just wings sketchy or weird. Placed my order online and picked up with no problems, food was good and hot. They are also available through certain food delivery services.
My only complaint would be the Cajun dry rub is listed as hot but the honey Sriracha had more of a kick then the Cajun, the Cajun could easily be considered mild in my book.

This place is so yummy! I absolutely love the Cajun dry rub. I have noticed this and the last two times have ordered they aren’t sprinkling as much seasoning on the wings as they used to, I hope they start to do more. And my husband loves the honey chipotle. We started noticing that the honey Chipotle taste like the same flavor as Chili’s honey chipotle. And tonight we realize that it is a third party that is based out of Chili’s in harrisville. I don’t care that it’s based out of Chili’s this place is delicious you need to try it!!!!

We arrived at the estimated time and had to wait 20 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us. They said it had been done for a while, so our food was old and cold by the time they gave it to us. As if that wasn’t enough, the food was disgusting. These aren’t wings, these are chicken fingers with spices from around the house. The spiciest “Cajun” wings were lightly coated on one side with chili powder from the nearby WalMart. The buffalo wings had just enough sauce for 4 of the 11 wings. They had next to no flavor and were not worth the price. The fries were soggy and were the only highlight of this meal. This was $18 thrown into the garbage and I can’t recommend AVOIDING this as much as possible.

I was a regular for lunch and loved the boneless wings, and curly fries. Since they stopped the curly fries I can’t recommend anyone go there. The new fries are like limp potato noodles filled with Elmer’s glue. Why would customers continue to purchase a meal there when half the container is trash?

On several occasions I’ve attempted to order wings from this location. Every time I’m met with the response that they aren’t accepting orders at this time. I’ve never heard of such a thing. I’ve never been told this by any other restaurant—ever! I’m appalled by their inability to meet customer demand. I’m even more appalled by their I could care less about good customer service attitude. Apparently there is a massive problem at this location that they aren’t concerned with correcting. This last time I was told the Riverdale store could take my order. What? That’s on the other side of town. I’m not one to post a negative review based on one experience. This review comes after repeated failures. Wing Stop it is.
UPDATE: I just ordered from Wing Stop. My food will be ready in 20 minutes. Avoid the headache & order from the pros! Food is great & it looks like the prices are about the same.

The food was brought out 30 minutes late. Half the food was cold and the fries were soggy. The ice has already melted in my drink so it was flat and warm.
When I questioned the staff about the wait they recommended I just cancel my order and go somewhere else.
