Excellent customer service. Our waitress/waiter were Yazmin and Leo who were very attentive and helpful. They provided fast service and have good work ethic. We were a large group, about 20 but managed very well and did not take long to sit us. Highly recommend and will definitely come back for the food and the service!

Service is great: they start you with some delicious consomé and a small plate of bean dip. The fish tenders had great flavor and texture 5⭐️. The águate relleno lacked a little salt on the salad but the price 15$ was good 4⭐️. The botánita plate is composed of three boiled ceviche(not cooked with lime); octopus, fish, and shrimp—the fish had good flavor, but the shrimp and octopus lacked some salt which is strange because most seafood is already naturally salty-price 15$-3⭐️.

Our server was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive without being overbearing, knew the menu well, and made sure everything arrived quickly and correctly. Their friendly energy made the whole dining experience even better. Our server was friendly, fast, and super helpful. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Delicious food and great service! This is a lively, family-friendly establishment. I didn’t try the drinks, but my friend said they were pretty good.

Went on a Sunday and was busy. Food was good as well as the service. Our waiter was very polite and attentive. He did forget to bring a couple of refills and a to-go plate at the end, but we could see he was attending several tables as well. There were other staff members that would pass by our table, looking at empty glasses, but not checking on us or offering our waiter to help him. I was a waiter on my first job, and we always used to help one another if we had the time, but not sure what the restaurant’s policy is on this. Will definitely go back. There were 5 of us, but I only got pics of 3 plates only.

So my wife & I went back to give this restaurant a 2ndchance since the 1st time we went wasn’t as pleasant. I must say this time around the food was delicious our waitress was serviceable and very nice as well as polite. The atmosphere is nice as well as the restaurant layout. We got to see the behind the scenes of how it all comes together and I must say I was impressed. This time around I shall be able to recommend this place for family &friends as well our business luncheons and just to simply come again. Food is delicious, our waitress Anahi was a gem and overall way better experience this time around will definitely come again.

Can’t go wrong with the food and service. Got the best service and the lady who waited on us, was very knowledgeable about questions we asked. I had the fish and shrimp soup, just perfect and tasty. Had some botana platter which was well served for more than four people. Beans, salsa and chips are served before you get your main course.

We ate there for the first time. The food was excellent. It was by far the best restaurant meal we’ve had in a very long time. Our food was delicious and perfectly prepared. Service was also very fast. Our server Kevin was super attentive. He was courteous and knowledgeable of all the menu items. He went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience and meal. The restaurant was very clean and all servers had masks on. The meal portions were big It was an excellent meal!

The food was cold when they brought it to our table. We ordered 3 different dishes, my mom’s plate was messed up, my bowl looked like it had been microwave, the rice was hard and it tasted days old. My sisters plate was missing bread and they didn’t bring it till the end, and when the server brought it, it had a beer cap in the middle. The server never asked for a refill or if we needed anything else.
