This McD was super clean, and the service was excellent! Cristina is a sweetheart and she took care of all the customers the store. To top it all off their ice cream machine was fully operational ☺️.

We recently moved to East Hampton, and we drive past this McDonald’s almost every day.
My three little girls always ask me to stop, but I end up saying, “They don’t have a playground.”
They love McDonald’s, but without a play area we usually make the drive to Glastonbury so they can play for a bit too.
It would be wonderful if the East Hampton location added a playground — there are so many families with young kids around here, and the community really deserves one.

It’s convenient and cheap. The bathrooms work. It’s never been crowded any time I’ve been here. Generally quiet except for today with a really loud-mouthed breakfast group. I don’t know if they appear here everyday but they destroy the ‘atmosphere’.

They did not provide my friend with a toy in her happy meal. How is a meal supposed to be happy when all it contains is sheer disappointment?! In additon, they forgot our ketchup packets even after we explicitly asked for ketchup packets.

This place is getting worse and worse. We are throwing away a whole bunch of disgusting food . Nuggets are small and crunchy or stuck together and soggy. The service is TERRIBLE. Drive thru you will always be sent to park and wait. They NEVER bring your drinks or sauce, then you have to go inside defeating the drive thru entirely to have the staff ignore you until you yell at them. I’m not a Karen but this place sure sends me that direction.

Employees constantly make mistakes and then act rudely toward customers for their errors! Although it’s a franchise, I believe McDonald’s Co. should take over if the owner doesn’t work hard! They wouldn’t be pleased with the way one of their McDonald’s is operated! You have time to tidy if you have time to lean, workers! You are hired to work, not to sit around on your phone and chat or play games!

The staff is very polite and friendly. Great customer service. But, the prices are high for fast food. Prices need to come down to keep me as a customer. Need to offer different and new types of selections of food.
