I recently visited this ice cream shop and was impressed by the quality and flavor of the ice cream — truly delicious! I chose two scoops: coffee and salted caramel. Both flavors were rich and well-balanced, especially the coffee which had a deep, smooth taste I really enjoyed.
However, I did notice that the salted caramel scoop was noticeably smaller than the coffee one. It felt a bit uneven in portion size, which was a little disappointing since I was really looking forward to that flavor as well.
Overall, it was a great treat and I would love to come back — I just hope next time the scoops are a bit more balanced. Thank you

I travel to Easthampton to visit my daughter and our friends there. No trip is complete without a trip to Mt. Tom’s. Great ice cream, great service. If there’s a line just get in it. These treat slingers can slam out ice cream cones like a symphony in action. You’ll be to the front of the line soon and in the meantime pick out some candy and make up your mind about which of the many amazing flavors you want to try. It’s a challenge to be sure. But remember you can always come back!!!

The atmosphere is welcoming. The shop keeper was patient and friendly with my LO. Something I grately appreciate as they were understandably excited about the yummy treat they were about to consume. The ice cream was phenomenal. Definitely worth it in price and portion size. We both purchased smalls I believe and that was filling for me half-way through eating it! Of course the LO had no troubles eating everything up. I chose burnt sugar and dulce de leche. Both were great flavors, however Im a bit biased towards burnt flavored treats so if I had to pick one out of the two, it would have to be the burnt sugar. Thank you for the wonderful experience and we look forward to coming back and trying more yummy flavors soon.

Their vegan / dairy free ice cream is incredible and the flavors rotate – recently had pistachio and orange chocolate! They also have a few sugar free options.

Love love love! Their burnt coffee and their caramel were so delicious. I also loved their homemade chocolate! When you go in there, the vibes give very late 90s/early 2000s. There’s candy and Knick Knacks that remind me of that time around. Very cute spot with delicious homemade ice cream.

BEST ICE CREAM SHOP EVER! I have been coming here since I was 10. Moved away recently and every time I come back to western MA I stop here. I bought an ice cream maker in an attempt to replicate the creamy goodness that is this ice cream in my new home state, as no other shop holds a candle to this place. Still workshopping the recipes.
My favorite flavors at Mount Tom’s:
-black raspberry
-burnt coffee
-mocha chip
-peanut butter cup
-dark chocolate with almonds and sea salt
There is a great rotating vegan selection!
& SHOUT OUT TO JIM FOR BRINGING BACK THE GUMMY TEETH!!! Christmas miracle!

Such a lovely place, wonderful atmosphere. The line moves quite fast thanks to the very kind and efficient staff. Ice cream is very pleasurable, I loved the texture, very silky. Obviously a local institution for a reason. Kids loved it. I hope to the opportunity to visit again.

The coconut I had was kinda marshmallowy, which I do not like at all. The salted butter caramel was better, but too salty or too plain, depending on where I bit in. My waffle cone was good and fresh, though (made right there). I think the serving size could have been better as well – just look how lost my ice cream looks in the cone.
That said, my wife (maple walnut with cashew turtle) and son (peppermint stick) absolutely loved theirs, which is enough to get my rating up to 4 stars.
