Weekday afternoon drive thru: Ordered 16 original chicken meals with mash potatoes and gravy and corn, and 4 large French fries. YUM!!
Overall, from start to end, it was reasonable wait time. The food was delicious! Plenty of parking. Definitely would come again!

I called in for an order of a bucket of 12 pieces of chicken. I had asked for all drones and thighs. When I went to go pick up my order, the cashier could not find my order. The person who took my order had written it down on a piece of paper. I got the order and paid for it and came home. When I looked through the chicken, it was all mixed. It wasn’t what I had asked for. Next time I will do the order online or I will go in person myself and personally tell them the exact chicken that I want.

Took me 35 minutes to get an 8 piece chicken.
They seemed overwhelmed at half customer capacity.
In their defense there seemed to be at least one new employee and the place was decently clean.
This is the only place I’ve ate KFC where I threw it away instead of take leftovers.
I will not return due to the chicken taste.

Zinger sancwiches+ bacon/Cheese are on point. If you purchase more than 1 there usually made fresh. / went here last week. got #4 zinger sandwich combos. recieved 4 sandwiches with cheese and tiny pieces of bacon. horrible. could have cooked 4 or so more pieces of bacon.

I remember that KFC used to be the best place for chicken and they have went way downhill and Popeyes is the same thing only a little more spicy, if you want really good fried chicken go to Hidies in Gresham and they have pressure fried chicken to die for you can get a half or whole chickens and a side and soup or salad and the deserts are always good the pic is my chocolate cream pie that was too much after an awesome meal like that but it never lets me down chocolate cream pie is delicious

I asked for a fresh piece of chicken breast in extra crispy and received extra crispy that was old cold and could break a window. I went back today for the same order as yesterday extra crispy breast which was fresh only it wasn’t what I asked for it was original recipe. Will never go back. It’s not what I spent they can’t get the order correct. Shame on this company.

Since moving to Oregon about 2 years and 4 months ago, I have not had KFC so I thought I’d tried this new crispy chicken they have. Oh geez! ♀️too disappointed!!!! Lots of breading full covered on all over the chicken ordered 8 pieces and had 2 bites couldn’t eat anymore is there supposed to have sauce too ♀️☹️
