Josh and I came to have lunch today since we were looking at Hay Long Chapel. The restaurant vibe was a nice 50’s diner but with an upscale twist! We were greeted by Eva the manger, extremely welcoming! Our server was Sophie.. She gave us great service and was helpful in my lunch option, I had Salmon with a side salad and it was just what I was craving for!! Josh had the Red Beans and Rice with Jalapeño Sweet Corn Bread! When I tell you this was the best corn bread of our lives!!! It was amazing!!!
After lunch Eva gave us a tour of the upstairs venue! It’s beautiful and very well done! Overall our experience was excellent and we look forward to returning soon!!!

I don’t even like pimento cheese but this jalapeno pimento burger is one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The fritter on top of the bun was a pleasant surprise. Ordered medium rare and that’s what I got. Presentation alone deserves 5 out of five stars. I’ll definitely be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My husband and I went to Mt Pleasant Grille for a dinner date and were thoroughly impressed!!! I got the Salmon with linguine and it was amazing! The salmon was cooked perfectly and topped with herb butter and a lemon wedge. My husband got the sirloin with fries and mac and cheese. The bourbon glaze in the sirloin was delicious and savory yet sweet, and the steak itself was cooked just the was he ordered! We also tried the cake slice of the day, which was the Funfetti cake with homemade strawberry icing and it was the perfect desert to end dinner with! Our server was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful! We will absolutely be back!

We wanted to try new restaurants outside of Columbia and we found this place. We ordered deviled eggs and Cajun dip with pork rinds as an appetizer. They were delicious. The club sandwich and Chicken Marsala were also delightful. I added Cajun dip in the smoked gouda grits. Oh my, the combination of smoky cheesy grits and Cajun dip were so good.
Exceptional service and really nice atmosphere! We will definitely be back.

Fantastic little find that we were pleasantly surprised to find this jewel of a place. The burgers are made with top-notch beef, cooked to perfection. Homemade ice cream was an easy choice for dessert. The atmosphere was great, simplicity at its best! Our waitress was phenomenal and hats off to the chef. Everything was very good. We will definitely be back.

Exceptional and outstanding food, service and atmosphere. 20 dollar a plate prices with 70 dollar a plate quality and experience. Dinner took just over an hour including dessert. My Son had the Grilled Salmon with garlic butter pasta and a side salad. I had the shrimp Alfredo pasta with a side salad added. We also had a root beer float, margarita, tea and lemonade. Finished the meal off with a Mount Brownie. I have never had a fried brownie before but it was ridiculously amazing. This place is definitely worth going out of your way for. Would compare quality of food to J Alexanders

This a great place down past Columbia that everyone in the area including Spring Hill needs to go and try. The food was delicious. The Pasta Yaya and even the Caesar was well done. But the deviled eggs and fritters were the star of the show. All in a beautiful historic building and great service.

Always a friendly staff, good food. Their hamburger steak with gravy and mashed potatoes are always a great. The pimento cheese balls are delicious! So many options on the menu, a very large variety!
