My husband and I have always loved coming here!
The owners are so personable and welcoming (: we always get the vegetable tempura which never disappoints! (Not pictured lol didn’t last long enough) tonight we got the teriyaki ribeye and sushi dinner (chef’s choice) which were both just perfect.
We’ve had a lot of sushi in our team having been to Japan a couple times and coming here always takes us back to our time overseas that we can’t get anywhere else <3 this chocolate brownie with white chocolate chips, matcha ice cream, and chocolate drizzle was the best way to end the meal (:

I have been here a couple times, the ramen is always amazing. I tried their sushi for the first time as well and highly recommend. The staff has always been so very kind, and the atmosphere isn’t like anywhere else in Arkansas!

Swift accurate service. Good lunch. Expected better sushi quality. Ramen was solid. Gyoza were almost burned.

Came here with a couple coworkers and had all sorts of sushi and sashimi and everything was just awesome! The sashimi is kind of expensive when you look at the menu but as you can see in my photos they give you a ton. That was 1 order of salmon and 1 order of scallop. Service was fantastic and fast. I really enjoyed this place. Who knew you could get great sushi in little rock! Thanks so much guys keep up the great food!

Best Japanese restaurant!!!
I went to this restaurant for the first time because I love Japanese food. The location is very easy to find. This building has a very nice appearance. The design and atmosphere inside this restaurant was very nice.
The staff and chefs are very friendly. I ordered the chirashi, and the sashimi was the freshest and the quality of sashimi I have ever had in Japan! I ordered the beef fried rice for an appetizer and it was absolutely delicious with lots of beef, garlic and scallions! I will definitely come back here again and highly recommend it to anyone who likes Japanese food!

Came here looking for authentic Japenese cuisine. Overall, the food was pretty good but though overpriced, especially the sushi. Still had a nice time, the staff was friendly and attentive. Do note that the location is different than most of the photos, so its a little darker/ more like a standard restraunt than pictured.

If you want authentic Japanese food, this is the place to get it! They opened promptly at 11 for lunch (we were there at 2 minutes ’til). We were welcomed in, along with a few other people who had arrived the same time we did. The host (I actually think he was the manager) asked where we’d like to be seated, and we got to choose our seats. There were some great drink options. The menus were spread over the table (there were three or four), and there were so many choices!
There was some upbeat instrumental music playing. The place is very clean. There were no odd smells, even though we were close to the kitchen. It was a very pleasant experience!
We drove an hour and a half to get to Mt Fuji Japanese Restaurant, but there is nothing like it (the authenticity) where we are, even though Memphis and Jonesboro are much closer to us than Little Rock.

I think it was our favorite Japanese-style restaurant in Little Rock. Less expensive than Kemuri but potentially better quality or simply better preparation. Friendly service and it’s always fun to sit at thr sushi bar. We tried a few hot and cold items, but the nigiri were probably the best items we had: the eel, tuna, and hamachi. I’m always iffy on rolls because sometimes things are over-fried or have too many sauces and you can’t taste the seafood, which kinda happened with the spicy shrimp roll but it still was pretty good. Will definitely go back.
