Horrible experience throughout. Kiosk forced me to give an 18% tip before service, we were never served. Manager seemed disoriented. I had to get a my own food, silverware, and drinks. I served myself and was forced to leave a tip. I received the wrong burger, ordered trash and got a bacon burger. Both of our burgers were very well done, reminded me of a hockey puck. Used to be a restaurant and now it’s just a few tables in an arcade, and annoyingly loud from all the games.

Truly came in not expecting anything good nor bad… then the first bite fiancée and I were baffled at how delicious our food was. I mean I was a bit surprised especially since we don’t see so many people, but I wanted to make sure that new review is made and that people are aware… because the service was great especially since I left my phone and the server saw it and brought it to me… coming from Miami my phone would have been long gone … attentive to our needs and the food was so good we didn’t need a to go bag lol! Frankly, we’ll be going back more often

Food overpriced. The best thing to order is the pizza. They are obviously short handed like other people, but several employees not helping coworkers and standing around. The food is just not really good. Like I said… stick with the pizza. You should be safe.

What a surprise! This place is awesome, you will love how spacious and clean everything is. The arcade is brand new. The bowling alley has plenty of lanes.

Seriously 2 families in the restaurant. One family was done the other had menus. Had to wait to be seated. Not sure why. We were seated by the cook. As soon as we sat down 2 other families came in. The waiter seated everyone then took everyone’s order at the same time. Now I am no expert but I would think you should take a order turn it in and then go to the next person in line. But no, he took all 3 orders and turned them in. Well he later came out and told us that all orders came up at the same time. REALLY YA THINK? Still no expert but he gave everyone else’s order first then we received ours last sad because the chips were cold and soggy. The poboy was bland. My concern here is not necessarily the food because it was O.K. but the service was disappointing and we were discouraged. We have decided that we will return to the arcade and bowling lanes but will just go to Mc Donalds for lunch.
