A huge variety of sushi plus other Japanese fare is found in casual quarters with a Mt. Fuji mural.

we came here for a dinner date and it was incredible, its beautifully decorated and the music is good, there was a huge selection on rolls with listed ingredients (vegan/vegetarian options!), we came while it wasn’t busy and our server was so quick and attentive, the food itself was amazing, no notes and the vast menu makes it easy to try something new. the owner actually came to our table to give recommendations and she was so incredibly sweet. everyday you haven’t eaten here is a day wasted

Mt. Fuji has been our favorite pick for years now!!
Best miso soup!
Best sesame chicken!
Best gyoza!
Best shrimp tempura
Best sushi! My son loves the Octopus, Eel, salmon, tuna, quail eggs!
This is a good place to sit, relax and enjoy your tables chit chat! The food will take a while to get to you but it’s definitely worth the wait!
My kids and I have gone here and enjoyed every time for 15+ years now!
We love you Mt. Fuji!!

Amazing food! Kind owners! We ordered the wontons, gyoza, chicken katsu bento, yaki soba with chicken, & Thai tea — everything was sooooo good!!! It came with salad, miso soup, some sushi, etc. which were also great. Our food came out super quickly and the woman who served us was so kind and wonderful. The owners were taking their own lunch break after we finished up and they were so cute and kind. It was a great time! And the ambiance is top notch! I cannot recommend this place enough — starring it on Google right now, we will be back next time we’re in town

We enjoyed the sushi and the daily special is usually quite creative. However, the service is incredibly slow and the booths are really uncomfortable. If you can, sit at the sunken tables as those are more comfortable. They have a lot of door dash customers, and it feels like those orders take precedence over the diners in-house.

I am really bad about taking the time to leave reviews but seeing how slow the restaurant was tonight made me sad. My wife and I have been going to Mt Fuji for 7 years now and have yet to have a bad experience. The owners have always taken exceptional care of us even from day one and continues to welcome us everytime we come in. All the comments about the rice being “bland” I just don’t understand as shown in the pictures below it’s clearly seasoned. The sushi is always fresh and delicious, tako (octopus) is my personal favorite with tuna being a close second. The sesame chicken is by far the best in town, thin and crispy and just delicious with a generous portion. I’m a large guy my self and I never leave hungry when ordering dynamite udon or the sesame chicken. Fat guy approved 100%

THE FOOD IS AMAZING. Amazing flavor and texture it’s the best food in town. The servers and cooks are very nice and hard working and it’s very affordable. The bobas are huge so if you get one I suggest you get one to share with some one!

I called them 30 minutes BEFORE opening with a huge lunch order. They made it no problem, had it ready in time and were so so kind! The food was all amazing. I even forgot part of my order and they called me to let me know. Absolutely love them!

Price creep hasn’t been as bad here as other sushi places in town. Its cheaper but the rolls aren’t as flavorful as other restaurants. The rice doesn’t have that subtle tang, the sauces seem bland. Skip the jalapeno bombs. They’re hard to eat and just taste like fried coating with raw jalapeno. The place next door is being remodeled in 2021 and is loud as heck. Not sure I’ll be back. I think there are better places in Fort Collins for just a few dollars more.

This is one of my favorite places in town, and my girlfriend and I are regulars of sorts at this point. Always a very friendly atmosphere. They have really good lunch/dinner boxes that are a mix of things that is a really perfect amount of food, although I almost always get sushi here. Always great quality, has been since I first went 10 years ago, and I would always recommend it

Was looking for a place to get chicken Katsu, stumbled upon Mt. Fuji. I ordered take out, it was super fair pricing and wonderful portions. Food was ready when I got there, didn’t spend much time inside but it was clean and the server who helped me was sweet. I’m looking forward to ordering again
