I stopped by to grab a quick pizza for my kids, but the location was unexpectedly closed. The windows were completely covered, and there was a sign on the door that said “Closed until further notice.” It would have been helpful if this closure was updated online, as it would have saved the trip.

This particular location has gone down hill. Our most recent trip, the pizzas had holes in them and something did not taste right with the dough. We contacted Little Caesars customer service through their website, waited two weeks and never received a response. Shame on Little Caesars for not even apologizing for the issue. As such, I will be warning others to not waste their time or money with this location.

We online ordered an “Ultimate” Supreme, and “Pretzel Crust” pepperoni. Luckily I checked before I got home, because these are what we got. When I went back the male employee was irritated that I was upset at what I had gotten. They claimed they ran out of peppers, but didn’t call, email or inform me when I got the pizza that they had run out. He claimed that is just how they do pretzel crust pizzas. Finally, he angrily gave me a refund (which is all I wanted, because I wasn’t going to wait for new pizzas). I have already contacted Corporate about this, and would advise all other reviewers to do the same. It is a shame because I never had a bad experience here before tonight.

Do yourself a favor go across the street to Kroger and get one of these for under $5 easy. Last Photo

To start with the cups do not taste bad however they are nothing like pictured in advertisement. Which what is, I know. But for the price of $3.99 I wasn’t going to complain. Until I paid over $1.50 for sauce to dip them in and get the amount shown in the photo. This used to be less than a dollar and was actually filled to the top. Now they give you about a quarter filled and charge double the price. Pretty ridiculous. The lady was very nice that helped me which is the one reason this gets a 2 star and not 1.

My husband who is a veteran went to your store on Veterans Day to get the meal you were offering in time that was posted and a sign on a piece of note book paper stating temporarily closed. If you don’t want to do anything for Veterans Day you shouldn’t post it. This is sad and very disappointing.

I ordered my pizzas online. To be picked up at 4:30. When I arrived at 4:30. My order had not even been started. She told me 7 minutes. 15 minutes later. I walked out. Only to discover that they cut my pizza Only in half. But that’s not the best part…the 2 pizza wasn’t even cut! They have extremely poor quality control. I personally will never go there again

Ordered a Detroit deep dish pizza and crazy bread. The pizza was good, but the crazy bread was horribly burned, lacked any seasoning AND there was no sauce. I will be calling to complain and get refunded on the 2 pathetic pieces of crazy bread I was able to eat.

I ordered in person inside store.
Young man who waited on my was polite and neat.
I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and sauce. Total $15+change.
I was in the Roanoke area for a drs appt. I live about 35 miles north on 220 towards Clifton Forge.
Imagine my disappointment when I got home and opened my pizza box to discover a plain crust cheese pizza.
After attempting to contact the store several times by telephone and not receiving an answer, I’m assuming that there is a timer set on phone that it shuts off after a certain amount of time.
I think I tried 4 times.
I was left with giving a disappointing review.
This is my third time ordering this particular product. Twice form this location.
My first experience was very good.

Burnt pizza!!!! I ordered the slices and sticks pizza. Had to wait for it to be made. When I got home I opened my box to a burnt pizza ! I do not like crunchy pizza!! I tried to call to speak to someone but they did not answer when I called (several times) had to leave a message. Of course no one has returned my call as of yet! The young man that cut the pizza had to see it was burnt but served it to me anyway. I also ordered an extra most bestest pizza as well. Yes it was also burnt!!!! So they knowingly sold me two pizzas that were inedible! No one would answer my call to even make an attempt to make it right. If the employees would show a little more care about what they were doing instead of standing in the back chatting and dropping the “F” bomb maybe my pizzas would not have been burnt!!!!

I had an awful experience at the Little Caesars on Williamson Road. I placed my order online, and it said it would be ready by 3:17 PM. I showed up at 3:30 — more than enough time — and they still didn’t have it ready. When I asked why, I was told they were short-handed, even though I saw five employees working in the back.

I politely asked if they could just give me something they already had ready instead, since I had no other form of payment and couldn’t wait another 20 minutes. Instead of trying to help, the guy spoke to me like a dog — literally told me, “Wait a damn minute,” with a nasty attitude. Completely uncalled for.

When I asked to cancel the order, he got smart and said, “It’s probably going to take me just as long to cancel it as it would to make it,” then took his sweet time, clearly doing it on purpose.

The shift leader, Josh, was no help at all and seemed completely lost. District Manager Richard Jones needs to step in and get this place together. My order wasn’t complicated — just some cheese puffs and a pepperoni cheese pizza.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — not even for free pizza. Disrespectful staff and horrible customer service.
