When I say every time I stop in town, I make sure to support Ms. Savory — I mean it! She never disappoints me or my stomach lol. The pictures below are from different visits, and my food is always hot and fresh. Plus, I can eat off my plate twice!

She’s always smiling, professional, and just a joy to support. At this point, all I want to know is — can I get an invite to Thanksgiving? I promise not to come empty-handed! Just kidding… but seriously, 10/10, A+ every single time!

This is southern comfort you don’t want to miss. The food is good, I usually get the breakfast and become so fulll that I have no room to go back for dinner. But based off the dinner menu, you can’t lose. If you are in the area “STOP”, you won’t be disappointed.

I’m so upset — my chicken was dry as hell. I literally had to let it sit in my rice juice just to get it down, and honestly, I should’ve just grabbed a spoon and ate the rice like soup. The yams? Straight from the can, no effort at all — could’ve used a little sugar or something. The only reason I’m even giving this place a 3 is because the customer service was A1. But that’s about it. Worst $17.83 I’ve spent this year. I’m honestly wondering who’s keeping them open.

Grandma’s cookin!! Starting with the souls music vibes coming in. We’re visiting from Lafayette, Louisiana where we put a premium on soul food and our breakfast exceeded expectations. The “Sellout” sandwich with hot sausage was amazing! Even before putting syrup on the waffles and pancakes the flavor left us just in awe, pancakes have the perfect fluffiness and buttery taste!! Hands down if we’re back in Atlanta we’re coming here, no need to go anywhere else. Ohh, and the grits, bacon, biscuits, hash browns, perfectly cooked eggs! Just do yourself a favor and come here!

I visited this restaurant for the first time today, for lunch, based on a recommendation. Unfortunately it will be my last time. I ordered 2 pieces of fried chicken with a side of Mac and cheese and it cost me $13.75!!! The chicken was fried so hard i had to tear it apart with my hands. I saw the cook with a bin of already fried chicken that he just dropped in the grease for a few minutes then it was served to me. The macaroni and cheese was old, dry, and had no cheese… more of an egg consistency. For the price I paid, I expected far better quality food and I just did not get it. I had to throw it away as it was not edible nor worth “eating it because I paid for it.” Very disappointed by my experience and waste of hard earned money.

Remember the times when the whole family would sit around the table at grandma’s house and enjoy good food and good fellowship? Well, that feeling has been recreated at Ms. Savory’s.

This is TRUE home cooking and soul food. EVERYTHING on the menu (and there is a wide variety) is phenomenal! In a day and time when good customer service is nonexistent, the entire staff here is personable, attentive, caring, and kind. I felt like a member of the family. The entire dining experience is a perfect pairing of excellent food and high quality service. And for those sweet tea lovers out there, the tea is a solid 10/10.

This is one of Fairburn’s most treasured hidden jewels. Give them a try. I promise that you won’t be disappointed. It is well worth the drive.

Both dine in and takeout are available. Not sure about delivery.

(*Disclaimer: I meant to snap some pics of our plates, but the aroma was so enticing that there was no time. )

The first time I visited this place I was pleased for the most part. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and a salmon patty on the side. The biscuit was delicious however the salmon patty was not to my liking. The bell pepper was extremely thick cut and it tasted “cakey”. I went back today to get the same biscuit and was highly disappointed. The biscuit was totally burnt! Eggs scarce and the sausage patty tasted old. Consistency is key and after paying $12 for 2 sandwiches that were presented to me like that I will not be back.

The best soul food ever! We had the fried fish, sweet potatoes, macaroni and cheese. Everything was seasoned perfectly and Bianca is great! A must try!

Went to Mrs. Savory today. Food was terrible, the quality of food was awful and old, the Mac n cheese was old and the pork chop was cooked in burnt grease! The taste of the food was horrible! Never again this place need to be shut down immediately!!

Today I finally got the chance to check out Ms. Savory Soul Food Restaurant. I dined in for lunch – 4 wings(whole)/fries combo – and I ordered dinner to go – Bbq turkey wings | cabbage | mac & cheese. Ms. Savory did not disappoint!!! Everything was amazing on down to cornbread muffin. If you’re in the Fairburn area please stop by & support this local business.
