I sat at the century old bar with the original bar back. The place is beautiful. I had a simple but tasty corned beef on rye. Genuine amounts of lean corned beef in the sandwich. I asked for loaded fries and they were delicious using thick steak fries.

Not a bad place to get a bite to eat in downtown Mount Prospect. There is a decent selection of beverages and the food is all right. Not a very large space so large groups can be kind of tight. They often host live music and have outdoor seating as well.
