My nephew recommended this place and I’m happy I stopped. The server was very kind. I believe the owners were behind the bar working hard as well. From one small business owner to another, I get how this can pretty much run your life. I thought the prices were fair, the atmosphere cozy and comfortable and friendly staff is always a plus. Thank you for my little break away from the busy!

Horrible customer service. Very rude servers and owner. When confronted via phone about an order they messed up on they hung up on me. Then when I came to tell them about what they did they threatened to call the cops. How can you make a mistake and blame someone else. They gave me half of the order I paid $30 for and on top gave me half filled orange juice cups. This was a carry out order and they were busy so I understand mishaps happen but this is pure disrespect. I do not recommend eating here or bringing your family here. I use to go here a lot I will never come here again !

The food is great. It tastes almost homemade! I don’t normally like to try new things but this place often encourages me to because of how good it is. The diner is old-fashioned (in a good way), different from usual restaurants. If you’re looking for something different from the normal fast-food, high-tech, impersonal vibe, you definitely should come here.
But I’m not so sure about the service. One day, I was trying to get takeout. Maybe it was because I came in a little after ten minutes after opening, but the server “helping” me was quite dismissive, almost to the point where I felt I shouldn’t have taken her time to ask for takeout so she could serve others. I know I am not mistaken with the annoyance in her tone. After a few minutes of waiting, she misunderstood what I asked for and left another carryout order on the counter next to the register unattended.
Normally the servers are very nice, especially if you sit down and eat with a group. Perhaps she senses my awkwardness or something and disliked it. I don’t know, but I know that if I see this server taking my order, I think I’ll walk right out. My other experiences here have been great when with groups, just not so 4-5☆ when I’m by myself.

Great family owned restaurant. I eat breakfast here every time I am in Orrville. Get the sausage gravy. (Trust me)

Stopped today after a procedure at hospital. Very small town diner vibe (which is a great thing)! Prompt, friendly service, great food (breakfast served all day-french toast and perfectly cooked medium eggs for me).Hubby had fish and onion rings. Coffee was truly good restaurant coffee. Our bill was $20. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

The server was very friendly and on top of keeping everyone at our table happy (there were 6 in our party). We didn’t have to ask for refills on our drinks, and if we did ask for something, she brought it right to us. It has a lovely, old-school atmosphere. The food was served promptly, and everything tasted great!
