I ordered a 12 piece chicken finger and when I got home, there were only 8. The chicken fries were hard as a rock as if they were sitting out for a while and they were cold smh. I refused to eat them. I called and spoke to someone and expressed how unacceptable this was. I was given the choice to come back to get a fresh order of the chicken fries. Just a waste of time. I know I should always check my food before leaving.

I love a good Whopper, but this Burger King location is incredibly frustrating. Even when there’s no one in line and there are at least four employees working, they keep you waiting at the order speaker without acknowledging you. The other day I waited about 12 minutes before anyone even spoke to me and I had already placed my order online. After finally acknowledging me, they still made me wait before pulling forward, which felt like they were just trying to keep cars from sitting at the window under their timer. It’s not about being busy, it’s about poor service.

I just went to BK for breakfast idk why I keep coming to this location but I wait about 25+ every visit even when I’m the only vehicle. It’s unacceptable! Today I waited so long (mind you I was the only car) for 30 min for a breakfast sandwich no sides no nothing. Attitudes are horrible!! ITS BK YOU WILL NEVER HAVE IT YOUR WAY. Don’t go here! Their employees are the worst. I’m go up there three times a week to get a number five with chicken fries with a 12 piece first I have a dude argue me down and tell me that I can’t substitute it just for someone else to come do it then I have another lady get smart with me to tell me I can only make it a four when I get the same thing Every time I go it’s bad enough that you gotta wait to drive-through line forever, but to deal with employees don’t want to be at work. It’s just the worst some old black dude some black lady I didn’t even say to look at her because at this point I’m just frustrated and I’m going back to the damn McDonald’s in the past two weeks Two weeks. Tell me how I can get my food. I went to the one on Ryan Road and 9 mile. I get a half-hour for lunch. Unfortunately, that’s not long enough to get one item from the drive-thru (only car) and eat it without having to scarf it down. I’ve tried four or five different times, same awful wait every time (for no apparent reason). If you’re independently wealthy and have nothing but time on your hands, then by all means, try it. The food is excellent once you get it. But if your time is valuable, don’t bother.

I ordered a whopper meal with cheese medium, no onion , no tomato and a Hershey pie. Throughout my order I was constantly asked anything else, anything else, anything else while trying to order. All you have to do is allow the customer to order the food without interruption and you will Find out if it’s anything else. They proceeded to give me cold fries and a sloppy sandwich on an empty dining room and empty drive Thru. I was rushed from the beginning to receive cold food and Nasty service. 0/10 and ofc no receipt.

If I could give a negative star on the service I would. It’s unreal lived a block away for four years now. Same crappy service everytime. They make you wait and then make you wait and then make you wait. You can place an order online wait twenty minutes and you will still wait. They can have one vehicle in the drive thru and no one inside and you’ll wait. They spent a ton of money remodeling it but can’t get a decent manager to operate. Get better employees.

Well the drive thru was a Lotta slow but they made up for because the food was hot & order was ready & @ the window waiting on me to pay 4 it everything was on point just as I ordered it everything was made correctly so im thinking maybe it was some difficult ppl just holding up the line because they got my order got me around to the window I checked my order & was out of there so fast made me wonder why the line & only 3 cars in the drive thru so maybe ppl in the front car were trying to scam a free whopper or somrthin

Saw the reviews & had an issue the first time, but since then they’ve been stellar. I believe in this location. The morning crew is the absolute best, the gentleman & woman are a great duo. They truly make my kids morning along with the great hash browns.
