Tried to visit this restaurant after they recently reopened. Spent 3 minutes (at the drive through speaker) talking to an attendant who had issue understanding my request for a honey wrapped chicken sandwich and mixed $1 frozen beverage. After explaining my request 5 times and correcting her errors with my order (on the screen) I proceeded to the pick up window.

I pulled up to get my food and they were all SCREAMING and SWEARING at each other on the other side of the window. Not just for a second either, it was for my ENTIRE AWKWARD WAIT. They gave me my food WITHOUT a RECEIPT. The ORDER was WRONG. I tried calling HEADQUARTERS multiple times, but there was NO ANSWER. Typical. Guess their headquarters is as bad as they are.

Never again. Sick of the excuses. From. South of Detroit to Auburn Hills. The workers are simply slow,rude and don’t know how to serve the community. The manager in auburn hills was over the top and the bk on grand river closes. At 5pm 8pm or when ever they feel they want to. They constantly say. We can’t use codes for the app and delivery only. In mts. There has never been a good experience. The burger king on 20240 plymouth was the best time I’ve had Ina whole year. Bk is well was my favorite fastfood. . not any more. Madison hts. Slow and act like they want to go home not be at work. . Shame. And. Out of all the problems I’ve had. I was given a 5$ support cupon that is only for Mobil orders lol (never done)

This is the worst location EVER! I stopped going there because of the rude service!
