Never disappoints! Great food (great portions) at great prices, and the staff is always nice. Still haven’t sat in and ate, but would like to in the future. I recommend the orange chicken (not pictured) and vegetable lo mein.

This place is too nice to not be packed out, staff are kind and happy to answer any questions. They don’t mind food requests either which is really nice if you can’t eat certain things. (Within limitations of course) I got the Chicken Chow Mai Fun and it’s so good. Not too heavy on the seasoning and the veggies are cooked perfectly for just the right amount of bite. I also splurged and got the sugar donuts, definitely a must have treat. So soft and airy with crispy outside rolled in sugar (guilty pleasure). Seriously check this place out, if you’re looking for a lower priced lunch/dinner this is the best Chinese place around.

Food tasted old, like it was left over from previous day. Happy Family and General Tsaos meat too chewy and gristlely to eat. Seafood delight had very little seafood. Very disappointed as this used to be our favorite place to get Chinese takeout.

The best Chinese food in Owensboro BY FAR. Always hot and fresh and the portions are huge. Unless you go to a buffet somewhere you’re not getting this much food for the price. And it won’t be anywhere near as good.

Very rude. I asked if they could cook my chicken a little longer and was told they do it how they do it. Then I asked for teriyaki sauce for my chicken and was told they don’t have any even tho there is teriyaki chicken on their menu? Rude, unprofessional and lost my business

Had dinner delivered for me and my wife tonight. A few minutes into the meal my wife pulled a long straight hair from her food which, although gross, is understandable but then I found a piece of coiled metal in my meal. I tried really hard to downplay it and convince myself it wasn’t a big deal so I could finish eating because I hate the idea of wasting food and money but not one minute later I bit down on something hard. Upon further inspection, it appeared to be a pebble about the size of a pea. I struggled with having a very negative customer service experience in the past at Mr. Wok because the food was typically so good. Unfortunately, I no longer think I can stomach the idea of trying again.

The food is pretty good, but the staff is not friendly at all. I don’t feel comfortable eating at a place when I feel unwanted every single time I go in there. They keep the condiments behind the desk now and if you ask for something like extra hot mustard you’ll be lucky to get 3. Even after tipping online order to go, I’ve never heard a single thank you from anyone.
