The manager and worker are excellent, they also have a sense of humor. I like that they had a smile on Their face the whole time. I also like that the establishment was very clean, including the bathroom And cooking area. The Quality of the food was Excellent the sandwiches were so good ,the bread was soft. The meat was cold. The vegetables were crispy and fresh took me back to a childhood memory to where my grandma used to make me a submarine and that’s what I like. fries was hot and drink was cold. Please come check them out.

Just wanted to say every time I come to this place Lupe, Jasmine, and Carmen always provide such a high level of customer service. The food come out tasting amazing. Mr. Sub really has some workers that take their to time to provide exemplary food quality. I would give them a raise if I was their employer.

The fried pickles were delicious, and pizza puff lunch deal was great. Pizza puff, drink and fries for just about $8 is a good combo. The French fries were a little soggy, could have done a bit longer in the fryer. Overall an awesome meal for a great price, I haven’t found anything on the menu that disappoints yet. Everything is a good choice! Staff is very friendly, the store is very clean. Great place to grab a sandwich!

My visit was great! The food was fast and fresh, and Kim at the register was an absolute joy. The restaurant was clean and everyone seemed happy and friendly. I haven’t been to a Mr. Sub in about 10 years and my lunch was just as good as I remember it being. I would go out of my way to come back to this location the next time Im in Chicago.

Today was 99 cent Italian Sub day and this place was slammed with drive-thru, walk-in and online orders. Reyna and Leti (I hope O spelled those correctly!) were quick, efficient and sweet! Their customer service was impeccable! People were greeted the minute they stepped thru the door and orders were taken quickly so the line moved fast. The crew in the back had the orders made super quick! Mr. Submarine is my absolute fave sub place and this location may have just become my favorite one! Will DEFINITELY be back!

New update… I wanted to do a new review, but I assume I can’t I got my sandwiches and they were good. Ms. Kim took my order and it was hot and ready when I got there!!! Updated review. I received a call from Ms. Kim on today, January 6, 2026, in reference to my post on yesterday. I am going to assume that she went through the caller i.d. to locate my phone number. She was very nice and wanted to rectify the issue that happened. She is willing to give me something for my troubles at a later date, for my nephew is cooking dinner today. I was truly shocked and very appreciative for the call. Thanks Ms. Kim, you really shocked me and I really did appreciate you reaching out to me. I’ll reach out to you soon. 01/05/2026 review.. I called my order in 20 minutes ago. Took an Uber round trip and my food wasn’t ready. Still waiting after 10 minutes and told them to refund my money so I don’t miss my ride. The manager had the audacity to say I didn’t call, when she’s the person that took my order. I was already frustrated, this just made it worse, because I just wasted my money taking a damn Uber.

I have been a faithful customer of this establishment for several years! The atmosphere is clean, the staff is nice and professional. What I enjoy about this location is that they genuinely want you have a great experience and enjoy the food! The majority of the time they get it right. On the rare occasions when they do not get it right, they go above and beyond to make it right! I had a situation the other day and Kim, the office manager went above and beyond to address and rectify the issue!
I highly recommend some of my family’s favorites, which are the chili, gyro sub, Mr. Sub, fried pickles, skakes and fries. I would definitely recommend patronizing this location.

Amazing and Clean environment I was excited to walk in and be greeted upon walking in that was definitely a plus and not only was my order started on I was advised to take a reward card which states that if you purchase 9 subs your 10th is free which means I’m two down I have 7 more to go

Kim, Anna and Danielle provided me with amazing service! They even gave me dog treats for my two dogs! I ordered a grilled chicken sub with fries and they were delicious!
