. This was my first visit. I went last night and ordered wings and shrimp. As I drove off, I realized the meal included a drink; however, the employee who took my order never asked what drink I wanted. When I reached the window, I asked whether my order came with a drink because I wasn’t sure if it was part of a special or if I had misunderstood, but my intention was to order a drink. The cashier responded that the person who took my order put I did not want one, which was surprising.
When he provided the total, I did a quick calculation and asked about the additional charge. He appeared confused, so I clarified that the food was $12.99, but the total was $14.45. He then stated that the difference was a service fee. I paid, collected my order, and left.
Overall, the food was fresh, though I was not aware that the chicken was seasoned on top in a style similar to lemon pepper. Unfortunately, due to the service experience, I do not feel it was worth the cost.

Food excellent. Price fair. Did delivery this time. Uber driver had a hard time finding home. Made several calls. Language barrier. Went outside and opened garage to aid as it got darker. Next time, call before it gets dark. Otherwise, worked together and did not give up. Driver friendly and apologized. Food was no longer hot but tasted great. The lamb gyro is delish! Portion on platters can feed a family of 3-4, on the three type options. Good variety and easy ordering on web page. We are repeat customers!

First time trying, we got the pick 4 with fries. We got fried gizzards, fried shrimp,fried wings and fried oysters. We loved the gizzards, shrimp and wings. I personally wasn’t a fan of the fried oysters. But my husband seemed to like them. We also got fried pickles that were very yummy but the breading had a bit of a fishy taste, I wasn’t a fan of that but overall yummy. The fries were soggy but nicely seasoned so not too many complaints. The service was quick (we ordered online) they pulled us to the side and had our food out as soon as I got there. They were very polite and professional. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be returning.

I paid over $35 for a meal from Mr. Snappers and honestly feel like it was a complete waste of money.
The whole snapper had absolutely no flavor. The outside barely had seasoning, and the inside literally tasted like plain water. If you enjoy well-seasoned fish, this is definitely not the place. It honestly tasted like food prepared for someone who cannot eat salt at all.
The fries looked like leftovers from the bottom of an empty bag — mostly broken pieces instead of full fries.
The shrimp rice bowl was just okay because it had some seasoning, but the portion was extremely small — barely enough rice to equal half a cup.
I had been craving fish all day and decided to try this place, but it turned out to be a mistake. Spending this much money and still feeling like you didn’t really eat is very disappointing.
Overall, I would not recommend this location if you expect flavorful, properly seasoned seafood.

Brought my daughter here yesterday, placed my order, paid and then I was asked to move forward. I agreed and rolled my window up and proceeded to open my straw to put in my drink. Before I could get the straw out of the wrapper, the young lady working in the window by the name of Yanni, returned to the window and stated I asked you to pull up. Mind you there is no one else in line. There was no manager to speak with at the time. It’s really unfortunate because the food was pretty good. However, the customer service was horrible. If a customer tells you they will move up. I don’t feel like they should be rushed to do so. The restaurant is only trying to keep their time down, but that’s not the way to do it. The manager did send me a five dollar off coupon however it’s not gonna make a difference because I will never return.

So I wanted to share a review of the dinner I purchased last night. I ordered the 4 piece chicken with fries. I have ordered this in the past and enjoyed it, however because the fries are never crispy, I always ask for extra crispy. Still never crispy. But the real problem existed in the Chicken, The pieces were tiny, and they were so over cooked, there was no moisture, This is all dark meat, it should be moist. They were dark brown and black, and hardly edible. The sad thing is there is a Popeyes chicken in the same parking lot. and a Churches chicken down the street. To make matters worse, I ordered on the app, was told the food would be ready by 7:02 PM, it never is. I went in to pick it up and was told it would be ready in a few minutes, I continued to wait until 7:20pm, turns out it was sitting on the counter behind the cashier the whole time. This happens all the time. I was really looking forward to this meal, and ended up making chicken nuggets at the house to eat. First of all, just be aware that the food served are just deep fried food. That being said, the restaurant is reasonable clean, the service is decent, and the food is decent for the price. It will take a few minutes to get your food since it is being made fresh despite being “fast food.” The protein items have a lot of breading on them, sometimes too much. The scallops were mostly breading, not scallops, if that’s what they even really are.
