The lady who helped me with my order was very friendly and outgoing…..I walked in to order to go for my mother and myself….my mother being not from here wasnt familiar with the menu so I had her on the phone…..the lady was very patient and understanding…..when I got home the food was hot and fresh ……and delicious to boot. I was upset to hear that they were out of the brisket cause I absolutely love it…. But as always quicks pulled through with a filling meal!….. Thank you.

Love the chili and the burgers. Muskegon classics. Tied for best cup of chili in the area on my list. Staff is super friendly and kick ass. I always have a good day if I eat here for lunch.

Interesting place. First time eating here. Food was average. Burger was warm, not hot. It had no flavor and the bun was covered in grease. Fries not cooked long enough and lacking flavor as well. Inside was not well lit and seating options not great. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

I can not remember the name of the male who was working in the morning, I believe Dave or Dan or something but, you were absolutely rude and the vibe and tone of your customer service was not expected. Very snappy and ruined my beautiful morning. If I ever see him even I walk in for breakfast again, I will turn around and leave. I cannot allow that disrespect when I am giving him a part of his paycheck, please learn customer service.

Went to the N.M location this morning. I could barely understand the person on the speaker to order. Waited 10 minutes before anyone came to the drive thru window so I could pay. Got my coffee without a lid, breakfast sandwich was dry and cold. Customer service and quality of Mr. Quicks sure has gone down hill.

It took this restaurant 45 MINUTES to fulfill a simple hamburger, fries, and shake order that I placed online. I placed the order, walked into the restaurant 15 minutes later thinking, surely they’d be done by now, and then waited an additional half hour before they were able to hand me the food. Asinine, will never spend money here again. I’ve been a customer of Mr Quick for 30+ years but this is the last straw. Ridiculous. I could have gone to a full service restaurant, sat down, ordered, and eaten my food in the time it took to get five little burgers and some fries.

Cute gem. Crew was super nice and the food was delicious. We were just coming from Michigan Adventure and it was just what we needed.
Although we didn’t get it, they have 5 burgers and fries for $15.
We ordered separately and paid significantly more.
