This was my first time visiting this particular Bojangles. I drove here from another restaurant because the other restaurant was out of biscuits and said I’d have to wait about 20 minutes for my food order. I ordered two country ham biscuits and two drinks at the drive-thru window. When I paid for my food, I was asked to pull over and wait for my food. Another vehicle had been asked to pull over, too. 40 minutes later, I went inside the restaurant and complained that I had been waiting outside for 40 minutes, and a gentleman standing inside said he’d been waiting longer than that for his inside order. That is no way to treat your customers. I’ll not go back to this restaurant.

This is literally the worst “fast food” restaurant I’ve ever been to. Don’t go there unless you have 20+ minutes to wait and still get the wrong food, They would truly be better off closing this location down.
