The crust on the pizza is so thin that the toppings couldn’t even stay on there. A pizza is considered to be like a pie. The toppings stay on top of the pie crust. Like sweet potatoes stay on top of the pie crust. The toppings are supposed to stay on top of the piece of pie crust. They make the pizza pie crust so thin that the pizza just flop over and all of the toppings fall off. They barely put any toppings on the pizza as well. And then instead of them putting yellow peppers on there, they put green peppers on there and my baby is allergic to the green peppers so they are not even putting the right toppings on there either. I usually order from this place once or twice a month, and my adult Family members go pick up pizza from there all the time as well. But I’m gonna have to find me a new pizza place to start ordering my pizza from. I wish that they would do better because I would like to spend my money with them. But the last five times I’ve ordered from them, the service on making the pieces has been terrible. But my delivery driver. This last time was a very nice young man. The delivery driver was very respectful, kind, caring and he appeared to be responsible too. I give him 10 stars if 10 was the best.

Ordered delivery (not the first time either) and Haggerty is the location that comes up when I enter my address online. The worker (manager?) called to tell me that because I was outside their delivery they would have to charge me more. Regardless of the fact their website is the one who set the restaurant location based on my location AND I have had food delivered here before. Definitely scammy and will be filing a complaint with corporate.

Mr. Pizza tastes nostalgic; what pizza used to be. The toppings were fresh, and I really liked the dough/crust. I ordered the “picture perfect” pizza over the phone for pickup to be safe. Pizza was ready on time: 20 minutes. I’m definitely ordering from them again. 🙂

This Belleville location has the worst customer service. I ordered 1 lb of traditional honey barbecue wings. I get there, and there is hardly any barbecue sauce on them. For $15.15, I expect sauce on my wings. The guy acted as if I asked him to recook them or something! The manager needs more training, bc she does not have good people skills.i requested sauce on my wings. They had bad attitudes about that. This location already lacks luster by resembling a little shack but to deal with unprofessionalism as well is a bit too much for me.I will NOT be returning to this location.

On 01/15/2026 – Placed my order at 6:10 PM – Received at 8:00 PM – Ordered a Chicken Fajita Burrito, with extra chicken – NO EXTRA Chicken, was charged but didn’t receive, it’s ALL RICE in the burrito! Ordered a Turkey Club Toasted Sub. Had 2 (TWO) pieces of Turkey, 2 (TWO) Slices of Microwave Bacon, they didn’t even put CHEESE on it! WTH!?? They DID give me $10 OFF my order when I called at 7:30 asking where my order was at. They are OVER PRICED, UNDER VALUE! Will NEVER order from Mr. Pizza again!

This place rocks! Their Pizza is always amazing and their service is super fast. And they have a huge menu selection from sandwiches to wings to fries cheese sticks / curds, nachos are the bomb! This place is just legit as hell. Only thing I could ask them to do better is make their ranch in house

We ordered the pizza with 1/2 jalapenos since the wife isn’t into spicy. The whole pizza had jalapenos. Asked for Cajun crust on the half that had the jalapenos. Nope. Asked if the Cajun crust on half couldn’t happen, to have a small dish with the Cajun seasoning and I can put as much or as little as I want. Nope.
The toppings seemed sparce compared to others we have gotten.
Was it “good” yeah.. but with so many pizza places, would we order again? Nope.
