Caryn (originally from the Hartselle location) is the best employee I have come across for this store! She shows true dedication and compassion for her customers! She was very understanding and patient with us and gave us top tier service, made my night! Hoping she stays with Danville road location she will do them a lot of good! Extra best mostest was like flat crust with all cheese in the middle and pep slide of to the edges…everytime i go its the same. Also they must add water to the buffalo suace for the wings. Not sure if they are trying to cut cost but my wings cant even keep the sauce on them because its so watery. No flavor. Staff seems to just be showing up to work just to show up. Just wasted my money again. I will never go back

Ordered cheesy bread and after paying they said they were out of cheese. Gave me a refund and ordered crazy bread. The order was processed at 8:39pm. I didn’t get the bread until after 9:15pm and got home only to find the bread is flat and raw. Never coming back.

The food I usually do order here is always good. Only a handful of times have I had my order come up wrong. Though I will say to the ones handing out door dash orders the cashier needs to double check that the entire order is going out. I’ve had it delivered twice now with door dash and haven’t received some of my order. I chalk it up to the store being really busy at the time. Just double check the orders. Other than that this place and the workers are pretty great.
