Shout out to Kevin and his crew tonight. I ordered thru the app and when I went inside to pick up my order, I realized that it wasn’t made how I ordered it. It wasn’t their fault either as the printer simply didn’t print the order properly. Kevin insisted on remaking the pizza although I told him not to worry about it. The pizza was quickly remade and it’s delicious. Sorry I didn’t get anyone else’s name but you guys did a great job. Just know that you all made my night so much better.

There should be a no star option. I will never go to this location again. Not only do they not answer their phone so you can order (this location and the one on 6th are notorious for letting their phones ring and ring) but. I did not order a grease pizza. That is what we got. A greasy soggy mess. So much so that it soaked through the boxes and left grease stains in my car. Disgusting. Bonus.. the pepperoni was burnt.

Went and ordered food and my pizza was not done nor was my crazy bread. Spent over 80 bucks and wouldn’t pick up the phone so I drive back up there and they laughed in my face and I told them I didn’t want the food I just wanted my money back and they said they couldn’t so I told them I wasn’t leaving till this was taken care of and they told me they could only give me 50 back of what we paid for the food. So they still owe me money and they are still not cooking it fully!

Came from Moulton to get pizzas. Everyone knows little Cesar’s equals hot and ready. Always been their motto. I waited, no joke 10 mins in the drive thru line at the window before a very stoned child(looked to be 12) opened the window. I asked if they were open and available to take orders he said idk I just work here. I said can I place an order, he stated if I wanted to. Should have just drove off, but it’s 2023 workers are overworked and most places understaffed so I tried to be understandable. I asked for a $5 hot and ready pepperoni and one cheese he said they make to order now. Okay so I updated my order to a three meat and a stuffed crust pepperoni. Mind you I’m the only car in the lot and the only one in the drive thru. He takes my payment $23 and says it will be ready in 15 mins. I went to Sonic got a drink(took 20 mins at Sonic) came back couple cars in line. Wait about 10 mins to get up to the window he says nope not done yet pull back around. Okay. So I wait another 15. At this point it has been 40 mins since I placed my order. Go back thru the line he says wait another ten… So here I sit hostage of the little Cesar’s parking lot for 50 mins. Headed back thru now hopefully it’s done.

Came here Friday the 24 of February and ordered ultimate supreme and 1beef. And one cheese and had to return the supreme and beef and in return got another cheese and was supposed to be a ultimate pepperoni and got home it was not a mostet pepperoni it was very sad poorly cut and very dissatisfied but they seem to not care what they.was serving look like a bunch lost teenagers and was not compensated for the difference in price. Was not all worth the price and trying to call lasr 3 days no one picks up the phone

Extra best mostest was like flat crust with all cheese in the middle and pep slide of to the edges…everytime i go its the same. Also they must add water to the buffalo suace for the wings. Not sure if they are trying to cut cost but my wings cant even keep the sauce on them because its so watery. No flavor. Staff seems to just be showing up to work just to show up. Just wasted my money again. I will never go back
