Food was as good as you can expect for a sandwich. Not sure I can justify paying $35+ and 30 minutes of my day for a cpl bags of chips, cpl drinks and two sandwiches though. I could have went to the grocery store and went home and made them in that time.

First time trying this place , had the “Big Easy” sandwich … chicken salad with avocado on their unique “crunchy” bread , delicious . They even threw in a free fresh baked chocolate chip cookie. Will definitely go back 😀

Great, fresh sandwiches and salads. Large variety. One of the few places I can find a good chicken salad sandwich. And you get a free chocolate chip cookie! You’ll have to wait especially during peak hours like lunchtime, but worth it.

2 weeks ago I had mr pickles for the first time in livermore and as soon as I took the first bite I fell in love with their sandwiches. I have tried few of their sandwiches but Manhattan is still my favorite sub. Also I love the free cookie on the side. It just makes day better.

This was my first time going to Mr. Pickles I have heard about this sandwich shop from my husband and coworkers whom have worked for a Mr. Pickles at another location. I have not tried the food yet, THIS REVIEW IS SOLEY BASED OF THE NONEXISTSNCE IF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE TRACY, CA LOCATION. I do want to mention at this location if you ever do a online order through Mr. Pickles app or do not think if being awkniwdged fir that when going to pick up your order. Specifically if you walk into thr store when 5 or more people are working nobody will acknowledge you, this happened to me today 12-20-22 12:25pm. Next, when you wallk up to the designated spot for online pick up you may wait for over 5 minutes or more for any employee to acknowledge your presence or not at all. Nobody acknowledged my presence at all as I was waiting even with 6 workers work today 12-20-22. Spent over $45 for me and my husband for a nice meal and certainly won’t spend my money here again. All I was wanting was someone to remotely care I was their even if you are busy just to say “welcome in” or “we will be with you in a moment”. I was always trained to acknowledge everyone who walks through the front do of a business of work. It looks like this sandwich shop may not share that same sentiment. I got better customer service next door at Quickly staffed at worker of 1 than at this place. Will review food in another review.

Usually I give Mr pickles 5 stars but the last 3 times I have come in, according the the receipt mark v. Was the register and all 3 times my sandwich was wrong. It is possible he is new but I am very specific in how I have it made and anytime he isn’t there the sandwich is perfect. I know Mike and Patty run a good shop and I usually don’t have complaints but this guy cannot seem to get the order right. Maybe he needs retraining or a different job. All I know is it hasn’t been right.
