I’ve lived in the Bay Area for 6 years now and only recently discovered Mr. Pickle’s even though I’ve heard great things. I’ve been to this particular location several times now and the employees are great, very friendly, and make a delicious sandwich. I’ve only tried the Italian and Della’s Deli so far, but I look forward to trying some of their other popular sandwiches. Happy to have a new fave sandwich spot whenever I’m in this area!

As with many establishments pre and post Covid the service has been, on more than one occasion cancelled our order by phone and several Door Dash orders. As I mentioned it’s been an ongoing situation for years. We forget over time and order again only to be treated the same way in which we say oh yea we’re not ordering from them again. Good food absolutely poor management.

I come by here from time to time but have noticed that since the Pandemic the Sandwiches are a bit smaller. With that said I think they are trying to have a kind of flare to make up for that? Staff is competent, location is clean, and my food was fresh. They are way better than Subway that is for sure!

Everyone was really nice! I was really nervous because I am an anxious person but they made me feel welcomed in the store. The sandwiches were really good and had a lot of toppings compared to some other sandwich chains I’ve been to. I would 100% come here again.

I’m not sure why the young lady cut up the hard pastrami and placed it on my sandwich? To be honest, she should have just thrown that out… This portion of the meat was unedible…

These people suddenly decided to not answer their phone. After calling multiple times and getting voicemail, they must’ve turned the phone off/took it off the receiver because the call won’t even go through now. This has happened more than once. Apparently ignoring customers is a winning business strategy in their mind.

The sandwich was good without the bread. The Dutch bread was stale. The staff were nice. And it was clean. For $20 for a sandwich and drink and chips you would think the bread would be fresh.
